The staff here were incredibly helpful, polite, accommodating, and consistently pleasant while they did everything in their power to make my state comfortable. Whatever they didn’t have, they made it their business to get for me . I really enjoyed my stay here and the coffee shop next-door was a delightful addition to this package. It was not located in the best area, but I had no issues. As I said, the staff did everything to accommodate me, including assisting with transportation.

Wonderful staff
The room was very clean, I didn’t utilize the breakfast much. It was a convenience to have a washer in the room. The best about this hotel was the customer service. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly.

friendly staff, the rooms were big for the price we've paid for, especially in Istanbul. Great value for your buck. The only downfall was the location of the property. It is with a decent walking distance to Taksim Square, however, what google doesnt tell you is that in order to walk there, you must climb those stairs right next to the hotel follow by a uphill slope afterwards. If you dont wanna walk, the taxi costs about 100 Lira ($3 - 4 at the time of the review is written), not expensive but just a heads up :) Thank you again for everyone making this a great stay. Had to check out from the first day because of smoke smell and dust kids kept coughing and sneezing and couldn’t sleep. So we decided to leave for the sake of our kids health. No water from night until we checked out next day. We couldn’t use washroom. Hotel management didn’t care about our kids’ health and refused to refund back our money for the remaining 4 days after we checked out.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, I did encounter some issues with noise from neighboring rooms, which affected my sleep quality. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. It's an okay place to stay if you're on a budget, but it has room for improvement.

Generally acceptable. Istanbul is expensive, more so for hotels that are right in the middle of town like this one. I paid for the $50 room and at that price point, I was not that unimpressed. If you can afford to pay more, perhaps consider booking a different place.

I would give 10 stars, Very convinent location, Taksim sq is 10 walk, 24h room service, Nice breakfast, Highly and friendly front desk genetlemen, Best price tour package arranged from the hotel, It's suite, Own room and livingroom with washer, and complete Kitchen with fridge, Kids friendly, Tea and coffe are available in the suite or at the Reception in 24h, shops restaurant transportation are available, Over all I am higly recommended to stay this Suite

Me & my wife's stay at the Global suit hotel was absolutely incredible, and I am beyond excited to share my experience with all of you! From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and friendliest & very helpful staff. They made us feel like family throughout our entire stay. the rooms were clean, and comfortable with every amenity available.
