Otel, gürültüden ve karmaşadan uzak, sakin bir atmosfere sahipti. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve oldukça ferahtı. Metrobüse bakan cephede konaklamamıza rağmen dışarıdan rahatsız edici bir ses gelmedi. Duvar yalıtımı da oldukça iyiydi; otelin, daha önce öğrenci yurdu olarak kullanıldığını öğrendik, muhtemelen bu amaçla inşa edilmiş. En uygun ekonomik odada kalmamıza rağmen oda, görseldeki gibi geniş ve konforluydu. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle takdiri hak eden bir deneyimdi.

Öncelikle çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcıydı, çok teşekkür ederim hizmetleri için. Oda gayet temiz ve yeterli büyüklükteydi, konum Şükrübey metrobüs durağının dibinde bu yüzden ulaşım çok rahat. Çevrede yiyecek şeyler bulabilirsiniz. Odada temiz havlu, kettle, kahve, su, çay, banyoda şampuan, saç kremi, duş jeli, sabun vardı. Sıcak suda sorun yoktu. Odada aynı zamanda smart TV vardı, bluetooh ve netflix bağlıydı. 2 gecenin ardından 1 gece daha uzattık rezervasyonu, çok memnun kaldık. Fiyat gayet uygun verilen hizmet için

Otel, gittiğimde daha yeni hizmete geçmeye başlamış olduklarını belirttiler baya yardımcı ve ilgili arkadaşlardı gayet hizmetten memnun kaldım sadece konakladığım odada yeteri kadar eşya yoktu oda boş gibiydi o da sanırım zamanla tamamlanır. Ve ayrıca televizyon internet bağlantısı sürekli kopuyordu bu problemde can sıktı

Yeni faaliyete giten bir mekan oldugu icin kucuk eksiklikler goze carpmaktadir. Ornegin buzdolabi gibi. Gorevliye rica ettim ve icecegimizi alip sogutup getirdi. Temiz ve oda havalandirilmisti. Ancak yatak altlari belli ki odalarin havalandirilmasindan kaynakli olarak tozlu idi. Buna dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Genel anlamda basarili.

Genel anlamda temiz gözükse de özensiz temizlenen yerler vardı. 1 saat geç alındım odaya. Olabilir ama koltuğa oturup hemen mesaime devam etmem gerekti ve koltuk kirliydi temizlikçi çağırmam gerekti ve orada zamanım gitti. Odada resepsiyonu arayabileceğiniz bir telefon yok ve resepsiyonistler yabancı uyruklu. Klima merkezi kontrollü ve derecesini değiştiremiyorsunuz. Sadece açıp kapatabiliyorsunuz.
