It's a clean but very small room, the hotel haven't any AC and it's very hot . but I like the hotel it's very near of everything when u go shopping in grand bazaar . And it's a good service ! I would like to thank Ali and Joseph . They are really helpful to us , easy to communicate .asking them for help about the transportation to airport and they fixed taxi to us early in the morning . I'm very pleased and happy . Thanks guys !!

Avoid this hotel. We had a fully prepaid reservation and informed the hotel in advance of a late arrival. When we arrived around 04:30, the hotel refused entry, kept the full payment, and provided no accommodation or service. We were left outside overnight with luggage and had to secure emergency accommodation ourselves at significant cost. Afterwards, the hotel gave conflicting explanations at different times claiming this was a “no show” and also suggesting that we refused the room despite full prepayment and prior notice. Taking prepaid money while refusing entry is unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

The cunning turkish owner gave us a different room from the one we paid. A cheaper one. And when I mentioned it instead of asking sorry he was making comments with the employees on the phone about the Greeks,laughing. They gave us the right room after their discussion. The breakfast was exposed to everyone without cover on it

Have climb stairs with luggage they do have lift but you climb some steps to reach reception area.outside the hotel is noisy too crowded all the time. For breakfast no much choice it’s just basic things.

Well the location is great and the staff is amazing. I booked this hotel for it's location and the fact that it has a pool, hot tub and Hammam. So to get into the Hammam is nearly impossible since it is constantly packed with local dudes already waiting on line. I was wondering why there are so many Thai women.... Well... A bunch of guys who were in the sauna with me confirmed that this is not your regular Hammam and massage place. The hot tub was never working sand the pool was cold. So much to me enjoying the relaxing part of the hotel. Now the room, the shower water takes forever to warm up. And it was November and it was freezing in the room. There was no heater. Breakfast kind of plain and simple.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was far from what I expected, especially given the service they promised. Before my arrival, the hotel asked if I’d like them to arrange a taxi transfer, which I confirmed. However, I had to call multiple times—over several days—to get any real response. Each time, I was either redirected or given incorrect contact numbers. The number listed on their website and in their automatic messages led to a former staff member who no longer worked there, which added to the confusion. I ended up messaging about five different people just to confirm my VIP transfer, something that should have been simple and handled professionally. When I finally arrived, the hotel itself was disappointing: the room was not very clean, and the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent. Basic requests were met with delays or ignored altogether. Overall, the lack of coordination, unprofessional service, and poor communication made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers expecting reliability or proper customer care.

Nicht zu empfehlen – lebensgefährlich! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine Katastrophe. Das gesamte Hotel war extrem dreckig, die Lage unsicher, und es war durchgehend unerträglich laut – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Besonders enttäuschend war das Dampfbad, das einfach nicht funktionierte – pure Täuschung. Doch das Schlimmste war der gefährliche Pool: An der Seite hingen zwei Kabel mit Draht an der Wand, nur 15 cm vom Wasser entfernt! Das ist eine absolute Lebensgefahr und völlig inakzeptabel. Das einzig Positive an unserem Aufenthalt war das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Doch das kann die gravierenden Mängel nicht ausgleichen. Fazit: Dieses Hotel verdient die Note ungenügend. Nie wieder!

Die Zimmern sind sehr eng und mega undicht. Man hat alles gehört von der 4.Etage was die Leute geredet haben bei geschlossener Fenster. Dampfbad hat nicht funktioniert sowie der Whirlpool. Das Personal ist super freundlich und Hilfsbereit aber die lage vom Hotel ist sehr schlecht. Überall liegt müll und man fühlt sich dort sehr unsicher. Am Poll hingen 2kabel über wasser da hatte ih angst das da irgendwas passiert und das ist für mich ein NO GO!!!

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Personal nicht einmal begrüßt. Personal stand nicht einmal auf. Dann wurde unsere Buchung zunächst nicht gefunden. Danach erhielten wir zwei Zimmerkarten (403 und 304). Unser Zimmer 403 entsprach der von uns gebuchten Kategorie. Hier war am Anfang lediglich zu bemängeln dass zwei bereits gebrauchte Handtücher unter dem Waschbecken im Schrank lagen. Das Zimmer von unseren Freunden dagegen entsprach in keiner Weise unserer gebuchten Kategorie. Im Zimmer roch es "modrig" was daran lag, dass wenn man das Fenster öffnete dort sich direkt eine Treppe, ein Rohr und eine Betonwand befand. In das Zimmer kam weder Luft noch Licht. Zusätzlich ging die Klimaanlage nicht im Zimmer. Wie bereits erwähnt entsprach das Zimmer in keiner Weise unserer gebuchten Kategorie. Bei Bedarf können wir auch gerne Bilder vom Zimmer vorlegen. Am letzten Tag (vor der letzten Nacht) bekamen unsere Freunde dann ein anderes Zimmer, welches dann in Ordnung war. Wir bitten Sie diesbezüglich zu überprüfen, ob für diese Unangenehmlichkeit eine entsprechende preisliche Rückerstattung in Frage kommt.
