Prior to arrivaI contacted the property to receive no response. Used WhatsApp to contact directly and informed they did not have my booking even though it was all confirmed last March. Left with no where to stay on xmas Eve and for the following nine nights. They had the room o booked available and did say I could have this room if I pay over 4 times the origional amount for the booking and in cash. Who carries that amount of cash in them and why would I pay again when all booked and paid for. They refused to answer the phone to Expedia customer service and refused to answer the door at reception so I could show them all my booking paperwork. Please beware if you book here. My family and I were left to find our own accommodation for nine nights over Xmas and new year!
