Prior to arrivaI contacted the property to receive no response. Used WhatsApp to contact directly and informed they did not have my booking even though it was all confirmed last March. Left with no where to stay on xmas Eve and for the following nine nights. They had the room o booked available and did say I could have this room if I pay over 4 times the origional amount for the booking and in cash. Who carries that amount of cash in them and why would I pay again when all booked and paid for. They refused to answer the phone to Expedia customer service and refused to answer the door at reception so I could show them all my booking paperwork. Please beware if you book here. My family and I were left to find our own accommodation for nine nights over Xmas and new year!

Worst hotel, worst staff, fraudsters and liars!!! Do not book a room here!!! I had booked a hotel here with my family for a week with online payment. Without prior notice, when we arrived at the hotel, we were falsely told that the rooms had electrical problems and we could not give you a room. No responsibility was accepted by the hotel staff and they falsely told us to contact hotels.com for a refund and that there was nothing we could do. They did not even provide us with an alternative hotel or taxi. The worst and ugliest thing possible. A person, who was responsible for the hotel does not even answer his number to answer... Shame on you!!!

Wichtig vor Anreise einmal die Unterkunft anzuschreiben. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Gülsen die das Frühstück macht ist sehr behilflich und zuvorkommend.

Expérience que je ne renouvèlerai certainement pas

Arrivés le soir à 22h à l’hôtel, le gérant nous dit qu’il n’a aucune réservation à notre nom. Résultat des courses j’ai dû payer à nouveau mes nuitées. Le service communication avec hotel.com n’est pas professionnel. J’attends toujours mon remboursement. Pour une agence de votre prestige c’est une honte et d’après les avis que j’ai pu lire je ne suis pas le seul dans cette situation.

Avisamos 24 horas antes que llegariamos 4am, llegamos a las 5 y ni habia nadie. Tuvimos que estar en la calle tirados hasta las 7:30 am que llego un chico con una chica, de muy mal humos, parecia que estaban tomados, abrieron la puerta y nos metimos detras de ellos. Cua do le dimos los documentos del check in dijeron que su sistema no funcionaba, cerraron la puerta con llavey se metieron a una habitacion, salieron despues de un rato y dijeron que no era su problema y queno podian hacer nada x 1ue no tenian la confirmacion de la reserva. Fueron muy groseros, no hablaban nada de ingles y todo fue por medio de traductor y no nos die4on ninguna solucion, luego se volvieron3a meter al cuarto. Cuando conseguimos otra opcion les avisamos saliendo de la habitacion con cara de dormidos, nos abrieron la luerta y jos fuimos de ahi. PESIMO SERVICIO, ATENCION Y GENTE DE LO PEOR.

Ils ont annulé notre réservation sans aucune communication. On s'est retrouvé tard la nuit à essayer de trouver une solution de substitution quand ils nous ont annoncé qu'ils n'avaient soit disant pas reçu notre réservation de la part d'Expedia. Pas sérieux, et Expedia doit mieux gérer ses hotes.

Ao chegarmos no hotel, fomos informados de que não poderíamos ficar hospedados devido a problemas de energia. A situação nos deixou desconfortáveis, mas nos ofereceram um apartamento como alternativa. Meu esposo foi conferir o apartamento com um funcionário do hotel, enquanto eu e meus filhos aguardávamos. Nos sentimos inseguros, pois não sabíamos o que esperar. Para nossa surpresa, o apartamento era ótimo: espaçoso, limpo e bem localizado, talvez até melhor que o hotel. Se o hotel tivesse nos avisado com antecedência, teria sido melhor. O único inconveniente foi não termos o café da manhã incluído na estadia. Acabamos comprando os mantimentos para o café e correu tudo bem.

2ベッドルームの部屋に滞在しました。 リビングは広くリラックスできました。キッチンがありますが、包丁やまな板は無く、料理は出来ませんでした。 YouTubeが見られたのがよかったです。 朝食の品数は少ないですが、価格を考えると充分です。 タキシム広場から近いです。 ただ、急な坂の途中なので大きなトランクを持っての移動は車をおすすめします。
