I have stayed there for sixteen days, i would say that i really appreciate all staff there from the receptionists, restaurant and cleaners, except one lady that she cleans there, she is racist and dirty and a liar as well, i was expecting her to clean our room, she didnt do her job as it should be, which i would say it is a lack of responsibility, another thing, she does not clean the mirror in the bathroom even it is in her duty and she is getting paid for that, a lot of dust has been left on the floor which is not hygienic, I am an arab and muslim and i am proud of that as well, if you hate arabs or muslims, thats not my issue, i am a client and i should be treated like anyone else from europe or USA or the moon. Over all it was a great staying if not that cleaner that she is bitter as hell..

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good but the drinks is not. The pleace is very comfortable near to the tram and metro and shops. There is park places free but it is no parking, park in the street.

Although the hotel is decent, for those who intend to go to the famous landmarks you're better off saving money and getting a hotel in a better location. If you're booking for the amenities, you won't have time to use the amenities as they are only available in the afternoon (which is when we are not in the hotel!). However if you do decide to stay, know that locals aren't always as helpful as you may wish. If you intend to go to sultan Ahmet JUST take the tram line from Mehmet Akif. Also taxis from here are EXPENSIVE if you have early/late flights when reasonable public transport is not available.

Very nice hotel
It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Their buffet breakfast was excellent and very satisfying. The hotel staff were very friendly snd some of them speaks English. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Relaxing and restful stay
Hi, we enjoyed spending a few days at this clean and spacious hotel, with a varied Swedish breakfast, we really appreciated the feeling of peace inside the hotel. The polite and helpful staff 👍

We just came back. Hotel is nice, clean rooms but bit dusty after while. I guess they need to clean their aircon. Breakfast is nice lots of choices, swimming pool amazing but cold. WiFi on and off but ok. Everything was nice just one thing... staff members are bit miserable looks like they are not happy at their jobs. Reception mainly and breakfast ladies miserable. Not smiling, not talking. Guests are mainly Arabic and they are very loud you can hear everything thought the walls. Outside location dirty area is safe.

Breakfast was disappointing local area isn't what it was in the past. If u want to use pool u must to pay. I have a room with inside view.

Really lovely hotel
Thank you. I had a lovely stay. Staff were brilliant, helpful and spoke great English. Hotel was beautifully clean. Fantastic buffet breakfast! Evening restaurant food was good too. Quiet location on the outskirts of the city in the textile region however near to tram stop which makes it easy to reach the city/airport. My only criticism is that I didn`t realise until I got there that the leisure facilities were not free for guests to use. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel review
Hotel is in a alley which makes it kind of scary at night. Room was so small with 3 bed which was actually should have been for 2 single bed. I requested nonsmoking room but room was smoking instead they put lots of air freshener just to hid the smell. The blanket had a burn from cigarette. Not a 4 star hotel.

Close to airport and apparel distribution center
Great location for cheap and good apparel shopping as well as close to airport. Nice hotel with good facilities. But guests don't respect the no smoking rules and staff don't care. I chose this place simply because it was close to the airport. But it turned out that it has more than this one advantage. The hotel is close to a central bazaar where apparel wholesales and distribution happens, but you can buy single items at wholesale prices too. What comes with a busy market is plenty of street food at good prices. A taxi or bus ride away is a HUGE mall, if you want more fancy shopping, still at outlet prices. The hotel itself has a gym, pool, and spa (by appointment). All are very nice. I did not get a chance to use, but did visit. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the fact that some guests smoked in their non-smoking rooms and the smell penetrated the ventilation system and I received it in my room too. I hated that as I am very sensitive to smoking. But the hotel staff turned a blind eye.

It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they spoke perfect english and willing to answer questions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The interest worked well and breakfast very good. It was walking distance to a tram and about 20 minutes from airport via one tram stop and metro

Nice modern fix on an older hotel
I would stay here again. Not on a main street, & taxi driver had a bit of a time finding it, but close to a fairly busy area. And if you like open markets, produce mainly, it's in the heart of one. Shopping and a few eateries within easy walking distance, a touch of local night-life, and convenient to the airport by taxi, probably as long as it isn't during a heavy traffic time of day. Hotel is older, but very clean and fixed up with modern conveniences. Typical of an out-of-the-way hotel. Staff is very friendly and eager to assist.
