The only thing we didn't like was lack of breakfast options, being a diabetic didn't get much healthy options. The second thing the beds were not comfortable could not sleep well throughout the stay. It just felt too warm. The staff and manager were lovely and helpful.

The hotel is really nice, but if you have any health conditions I wouldn’t recommend staying emrahan hotel, they will watch you crying and dying for pain. Any emergency situations they don’t help. Furthermore, some of the rooms the wifi don’t work and they kept telling me it will work for 6 days and then told me my last day the issue is your room move to another room.

We provide a 24-hour reception service. Unless you call, we have no idea about the problem you are experiencing in your room. We also provide accommodation services and are not a healthcare institution. If you had given us information, we would have directed you to hospitals and pharmacies nearby.We wish you healthy days..

It's one of my favorite hotels in Avcılar. Staff are excellent. Burak is pleasant and speaks English well. Kemal is very helpful. Birhan the manager always makes sure you are comfortable in your stay. Breakfast has a variety for every taste. Tuba is very sweet. Spa girls are all professionals. Metrobus the line of transportation to the city few steps from hotel as well as buses. Hotel decor is one of a kind but like always in İstanbul there's the old city smell in some of the bathrooms. Hotel deodorize and clean always. It smells very good. I feel like home at this place.

Beautiful property...excellent breakfast but it is almost 50 minutes drive from the new airport. There is no shuttle service from the new airport to the hotel.

Not bad
Everything was ok except the schedule bus, i booked this hotel for my parents that way they wont get hard time, after i booked they were waiting two hours at the airport i called the hotel from usa they said sorry we dont have a bus you have to take a taxi, but look at the hotel website schedule bus 24/7 , the hotel was very far to the city.
