Ceylan was especially kind and helpful, thank you! Not sure I can share the same opinion about the morning shift staff. They seemed to be happy to make extra money out of us."

"Comfortable rooms - huge reception hall. Lights switches labelled for each area of the room along with a master switch. MAKE UP - room indicator for the room to be serviced was a really good idea. The request for 500 Euro on check in as a deposit was a surprise and unusual from other countries. Huge selection at breakfast along with a dedicated egg station manned by the Chef. Good quiet air con. On our last night there was one ceiling light that would not switch off despite our various attempts. "
