チェックイン時間にクリーニングが終わっておらず、待たされた。部屋の状態は綺麗だった。一緒に行った友人が泊まった他の部屋はトイレの水が止まらず、内側から鍵が開かない。スタッフが不在の事が多い等、問題点はあった。
