pros - Location Cons - Not replying to emails - The internet is not stable - rooms and bathrooms are not clean - Hotel is outdated - Shouting when we had pictures of the breakfast 25 mins before the end time of the breakfast when they said that it's finished and if you want to have everything come early - Made a problem for us to reserve transportation to another airport and when I realized that we are going the wrong direction they refused to change the direction except after paying 30 more euros.

It was very , very humiliated welcome, because I was written before one year so nice experience with this hotel , but when I come back again , that it gives me a orrible room windows of security steps , darks, and with a restaurant kitchen ventilation under windov, I asked to change it smile to my face and layer that doesn't have ,... bla, bla I proposed to leave and payment only one night , but itmade manipulation and charge my credit carte for 2 night without say to me my chance I'm conected by smm to my credit carde ,,... tha true it layer , tell mi you are special guest , than layer to me smile to face and layer to hotels come I leav ,because it looks to my face andd it's layer , and I leave that hotel 33 minute after chek in , but it made me bill from my credit card 2 night , with so manipulated an humiliated, compartment from reception of,Huriyet hotel, I will never ever comback to that hotel ,

Close to city center
This hotel is in a good location ,very close to all public transportation , tram,train station,buses ,ferry boats. Staff are kind and helpful . Rooms are clean , but very very small, and there is no elevator so if you need to stay in this hotel do not carry a big suitcase and be light.

Very nice staffs. Close to the main sightseeing.
All the staffs were very nice and friendly. They helped me alot. The location is great for tourists. You can easily walk to the main sightseeing and also there are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The room was really clean and comfort.

The room smelled like urine
First of all the room was unbelievably small. The bed fits from wall to wall, and beside the bed there's a TV stand, and that's it. You can't walk in the room. There is literally 1 square meter of space to put your luggage and move about in the room. The room smelled horrible (strong urine smell) and I had to mask it out with perfume to be able to sleep at night. What tops all this is that at check-out they made me pay again (I had already paid online on expedia.com). I tried to explain that I had already paid online using credit card, but they wouldn't accept it. So there you go, I paid twice for an insanely small, horribly smelling room. On the plus side, the location of the hotel is very convenient. One minute walk to Sirkeci tramway station. And with tramway from Sirkeci you can go to all the major attractions within minutes (not to mention Sirkeci itself is a nice place to hang out).
