Overall was a good experience at the hotel and it was reasonably priced . The Plus points where it was Located 2-3 mins walk from blue masjid, most of the staff where friendly. House keeping came every day and the two lady where helpful. now for the not so good points. Room was small, furniture was out dated, breakfast did not have that much variety. But again for the price i paid i can not complain.

The reception staff (specially Jimal) were really helpful. But the property itself unfortunately hasn’t been well kept and it has very poor condition which is such a pity as it’s located in an accessible area. I don’t recommend this hotel, better try somewhere else.

Pictures are not what is actual. The place is clean but cause the worn out furniture and decore you would think it is dirty. And google took me to the worng address. Then I found that if a place is poorly rated they change the name of the hotel and location or they swap places.

The location is convenient for visiting the main attractions on the old side (european side) of Istanbul. Most interesting points are at walking distance. The bedsheets and towels are clean, but the mattress and pillow did not sleep very comfortable. Also the bathroom feels awkward as there is mold in every corner. Wires for mirror light sticking out and in wet area this feels unsafe. The noise from other guests came right through the wall and at 5am / 6am you’re woken up by the mosque morning prayer calls. If all this doesn’t bother you too much the place is reasonably ok for a night or (max) 2.

This property was really scary and pathetic. The images of the room that we got on the website while booking the room online was completely opposite that what we actually got the room in reality. The room was very small in size with 2 tiny beds for 2 adults. The room was full of mosquitoes in the night time and we couldn’t sleep properly during our stay. Besides, room was completely stinky and commode seat was broken which was sliding completely from right to left while using it. We had to book another hotel at our another cost though we had booked this hotel for 2 nights.

The room not same as we Reserved the owner was so rude charge us more money and he said we don’t take card only Turkish money even when I said I just got here and I was with a fmaily he said you don’t pay you cancel and leave . Excellent location!

We stayed here for a week with our kids. The breakfast was okay. They have the traditional turkish breakfast with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, egg, cheese and bread. Cereals for the kiddos. We checked in early, they were able to accommodate us 2 hours prior to checkin. Customer service was a little slow, but not terrible. The rooms are smaller, needs some repairs, holes on the walls and shower wasnt as clean as other hotels. After the first night i told my husband we need to check out and go someplace else. However, upon exploring the area at night, we were surprised beyond belief. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk to Arasta Bazaar! Maybe even less than that. Lovely, bright restaurants and cafes, tons and tons of shops. Happy about our discovery, we walked another 2-3 minutes and there was the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia! Every tourists dream. Since we stayed for a week, we saved SO much money just walking! Everything is literally right there! Nice Hanams (turkish bath), many many restaurants! Grand Bazaar was maybe a 15 minute walk. And right next door to the hotel is a Spa! Literally 3 5 steps away from the hotel. And even better, next to the spa is a travel agency where we booked our tickets to a dinner cruise. Sure the hotel isnt 5 star. But it was worth it for us. A place to sleep comfortably, have a simple breakfast, SAVE money. We ended up staying the entire time. Staff were friendly and gave us everything we needed. I will most definitely stay again!
