The location of the hotel is great… There is everything you can look for in the surrounding area and there are 2 shopping malls very close by. Many thanks to the staff for their friendliness and help in every way. The furniture in the room was new and of high quality

Old smells in a new build
New build but they allow smoking in the rooms so despite the fresh linen, stinks of cigarettes!
Zero sound proofing so you hear everyone and everything in surrounding rooms.
Guys at the counter are great though.

Asansörü kullanırken bozuk uyarısı verince resepsiyona söyledim arada böyle oluyor dedi sabah hiç çalışmaz durumdaydı acil durum merdivenlerini kullandım. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok gece diğer odalardaki tuvaletlerden gelen ses sabahta müzik sesi fazlasıyla geliyordu. Odanın duvarlarında dökülmüş sıvalar vardı. İçeri yemek yada market siparişi veriliyor bu normal fakat kuryeler asansörle katlara çıkıyor bu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Koridorda dışarı açılan yangın merdivenlerinde çöp torbaları açık haldeydi. Oda temizlik görevlisi beyler Türkçe bilmiyor ve kıyafetleri temizlik yapmak için uygun değildi kot pantolonla eğilip kalktıkları için beli açılıyordu ve görmek hiç hoş olmadı. Genel olarak kötü bir tecrübeydi ve hotels müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşmak asla mümkün olmadığı için konaklamamı mağduriyetle sonlandırdım

Das Zimmer war okay es war sehr laut und nicht sauber, auf der Matratze war ein Riesen Blutfleck was nur mit dem Bettbezug überdeckt wurde. Das Personal war freundlich aber sollte man eine andere Meinung haben und lieber mit dem günstigeren taxi fahren als mit dem Transfer vom Hotel wird man nicht mehr so freundlich behandelt.

Bütün konaklamamız çok rahat ve konforluydu. Chef in ızgara köftesi ve kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi. Resepsiyon daki arkadaşlar bütün sorularımla yardımcı oldular. Bütün hizmetleri için çok teşekkürler

Adorable hôtel
Bonjour à tous,
C’est ma première expérience dans ce genre d’hôtel mais l’expérience valait la peine, Je voulais me sentir libre et à mon aise pour le petit déjeuner et j’avais un large choix chaque matin, plusieurs terrasses et restaaccueil chaleureux personnel agréable, attentionné et toujours prêt à vous aider.
Rien à dire sur la propreté de la réception aux chambres et ça sentait toujours bon
