Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schlimm. Schimmel an den Silikonen im Bad und vergammelte Pommes Reste hinter der Kommode sind absolutes no go..

The rooms are really bad conditions. Staying in the room with no sunlight ☹ Curtain was stain, bin was full of rubish from previous guest smell of the room, dirty sheets etc The only thing good at this hotel was the staff specially the young guy on reception and the lady at breakfast

Хуже не бывает, настоятельно не советую

Это самый ужасный отель, который когда либо мне встречался! Нас поселили в подвале, в прямом смысле этого слова. Запах затхлости и сырости, которым пропахли все вещи в чемодане. В номере было окно, но оно было закрыто стеной, в тот маленький кусочек, который был над землёй, выходил прямо на кухню отеля. Грязь в номере была невероятная-похоже, его не убирали несколько месяцев. Чёрная щетина в раковине, грязь в унитазе, не говоря уже о полах. В санузле душ расположен сразу над унитазом, поэтому унитаз всегда мокрый. Вентиляция не работает, поэтому в номере сыро и затхло. Неудивительно, что много племени по углам. На наши претензии нам ответили что то типа «а что вы хотите за такие деньги? Если нужен номер получше, платите» не знаю, чья это недоработка- hotels.com, которые публикуют недостоверные сведения о номерах, или владельца, который их не предоставляет, но первое впечатление о городе было безвозвратно испорчено. Если не хотите испортить себе отпуск, ни в коем случае не пользуйтесь этим отелем. Благодарности заслуживает только осбоудивающий персонал отеля, чудесная женщина Нонна старалась сделать для нам все возможное, чтобы хоть как то скрасить нам пребывание. К сожалению, не получается загрузить фото

Only problem with bathroom in economy room

The room from down stairs has a terrible bathroom, toilet inside shower so that annoyed us. Bed, shorts, personnel and location. GOOD

2달된 깔끔함. 위치적인 특이점

오픈한지 2달 된 청결함. 무지 깨끗하고 깔끔하다. 다만 방음이 전혀 안된다는게 흠. 전반적으로 묵을만하다. 다만 도시적인 깔끔함을 원하는 분은 신시가지 쪽으로 숙소를 알아보시길. 구시가지는 혼잡하고 지저분하니 참고하세요

Ingen parkering

Vi bokade en natt på hotellet när vi var framme vid hotellet så fans det ingen parkering kunde ej komma nära hotellet med bil hela området var blockerad små gator med tusentals bilar och folk som sprang med massa kartonger. Vi betalade för hotellet fick ej tillbaka pengarna.Inget område att åka in med bil.På hotellet sida så står det att parkering finns vid hotellet.

Бронировали на 2 ночи "стандартный трехместный номер, вид на город". Поселили в тесный номер с видом...на кухню. То есть окно не на улицу, а в помещение. На следующий день после моих возмущений переселили на 4 этаж в более просторный номер (как на фото). Неприятный район. Вроде недалеко от центра, минут 20 пешком, но грязные узкие улицы, сильно вверх-вниз идти под уклон. Не нашли вообще бронирования, говорили, что не работают с hotels.com. Еще из небольших минусов, но задело. Я зашла с детьми и после меня тут же пара супружеская, что-то по турецки сказали. Мои паспорта отодвинули в сторону и стали ждать пока они достанут свои, сначала их регистрировали. Я ждала, хотя пришла первая и с детьми. Второй номер уже был с нормальным окном, но вид на разрушающийся дом и был какой-то не очень приятный запах, но не критично, проветрили. Завтрак, который на картинках не из отеля. Недостовернвя иеформация. Завтраки сильро попроще. Кухня в полуподвальном помещении. Из плюсов - чисто в номере. Хороший вай-фай!
