Sehr gut.

Waren leider nur eine Nacht da. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Komme gerne wieder.

Average stay at Malta

Malta was not bed if you just there to sleep and not hang out at the hotel. The breakfast was below average but there are lots of restaurants close by. Location is great I wish hotel staff could learn English in Istanbul the language barrier is a problem.

Otel çalışanları oldukça ilgiliydi. Konumu güzeldi ve yürüyerek Ortaköy’e rahatça inebilirsiniz. Otele geri yürüme konusu yokuş sebebi ile opsiyonel olabilir. 😀Kahvaltısı tatmin ediciydi. Odada yenileme/bakım yapılmalı.

Der Zustand vom Gebäude ist nicht mehr das beste aber es war auf jeden Fall immer sauber wer mit einem Mietwagen oder Auto kommt muss 1000 tl jeden Abend zahlen für Parkplatz weil es keine Hotel eigenen Parkplätze gibt

Hotel is good, and service was excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast is good. The location is also very central to many tourist sites. Would recommend this place

GENEL OLARAK MEMNUN KALDIM.

Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu ama yatak çok rahat değildi.Temizlik iyiydi.Açık büfe gayet yeterliydi.Mutfak ın başında ki Hüsniye Hanım son derece yardımcıydı.Yaya olarak dışarı çıkmam gerektiğinde otelde şemsiye kalmamıştı.Hüsniye Hanım mesaisi bittigi halde kendi şemsiyesini verdi.Yardımseverliği çok hoştu.Mutfak açık mutfaktı ve çok temizdi.Otel ayrıca hayvan dostu.Girişte mama ve su kapları vardı.Lobby de kediler uzanabilmişti.Kimse müdahele etmiyordu.Bana göre tek sorun baştada belirttigim gibi yatak rahat değildi.

Kind and helpful personell, everything seemed to be clean. However, the room was small, the shower kind of broken. The room was very noisy, from the traffic outside, but also from our neighbour guests.

So disappointed with the hotel… there was mould in our bathroom! There were no drinks available or food other then cold breakfast… just feel really let down by the description online

Resepsiyon ve çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımcılardı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Yatak nevresim havlu temizliği iyiydi. Odanın yerleri daha temiz olabilirdi. Tek sıkıntımız otoparktı. Otele yakın konumda ücretli 2 otopark var. Otele gelmeden otoparka park edip otele yürümeniz daha mantıklı olacaktır. Konumu iyiydi. Ortaköy cami çok yakın Dolmabahçe sarayı 30-35 dk yürüme mesafesinde. 1-2 gece konaklamalar için ideal bir tesis.

The staff were extremely helpful, the location is excellent as it is so central and easy to get transport to other locations. There is a beautiful park within 5 minutes...the Bosphorus brige is not far..There is so much to see and do.. The hotel is nice and small...the chef lady is so lovely, her breakfast was amazing and kept us going through t out the day. A little bit of updating on the property would be nice..as it is really a lovely hotel with really lovely helpful, friendly staff... I would definitely come back to this location as it was fantastic for walking everywhere if you didn't want to go by transport... All the shops were open as in retail at midnight...it really is a buzzing city...

Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık.Otelin en güzel tarafı Ortaköy sahiline yürüyerek ulaşılabilmesi.Otelin önünde 4-5 araçlık park yeri var 100 M ilerisinde park yeri var boş olunması halinde aracınızı park edip toplu taşıma ile yer yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz (park yeri yol kenarıdır) Ayrıca İETT otobüs durağı otele 100 M mesafe olması çok harika çünkü İstanbul’da araç ile ulaşım zulüm oluyor.Otelin kahvaltısı harika gerçekten.Otel personeli çözüm odaklı sorunlarınızı kısa sürede çözüme kavuşturuyor.Özellikle kahvaltı ve kafeterya bölümünde Hasan isimli personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı kendisinin ilgi ve alakasından son derece memnun kaldık.Kafeterya da çok güzel bi bölüm iç açıcı.Otel Avrupa yakasınında konaklama düşünenler için konum olarak çok çok iyi.

Stuff was helpful and the place was nice and tidy. I had so much going on I’ve missed out on the breakfast but plenty of street food around. Only downside is that there is no parking and the paid park next door could ask for more money. Give them a call reception knows another park around that doesn’t charge for an arm and leg 👌
