There are two small elevators serving 8 floors. One was out of service for two days. Very inconvenient. The room was large, the hotel is dated. The shower stall has older tiling which has mildewed joints. The WIFI service was spotty. The SPA area is nice. The hot tub was not working. Breakfast was good, but served in a very crowded area. Overall, disappointing, given the pictures and description on the media.

Awful air conditioning and broken windows meant I had to move out after one night. The staff were all very helpful but the premeses was not ideal at all and needs a lot of work doing.

The ac didn’t work, the hotel claimed that they are in the process of moving the system from heating to cooling and it will take 3 days. The TV and Telephone in the room did not work. My room was unbearable hot because the sun was directly shining into the room during the day. At night, i opened a window to get some relief but that just let mosquitos in and i was bitten up. Needless to say i have not slept. The hallway carpets were filthy. Breakfast was ok. I moved out the next day. The hotel let me out of my 6 night booking but still charged me for 2 nights even though i only stayed one night. The front desk was helpful and friendly.

Odamız temiz ve bakimliydi. Her gün temizlediler. Kahvaltıda güzeldi. Çalışanların hepsi ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Ayrıca otelin konumu o kadar güzel ki alışveriş yapsan odana bırakıp tekrar devam edebiliyorsun . Heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Havuzu var. Galatasaray Lisesi'nin tam karşı arasından girebiliyorsun. Otelin arkası ingiliz konsolosluğuydu ve okul yılsonu etkinliğinde Hadise çıktı. Resmen odamızdan Hadiseyi izledik. Herşey için teşekkürler

Odalar çok temiz değildi, etraf biraz tozluydu, yatak çok rahatsız ediciydi tek kişilik yatak olmasına rağmen yatağın süngeri 2 ayrı tek kişilik süngerdi sürekli yatak ortadan ayrılıyordu, ve yatak çok konforlu değildi, havalandırma soğuk çalışmıyordu, en kötüsü de sürekli bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Mecburiyetten kaldık.
