First off, the hotel’s shuttle service was 30 minutes late to the airport. Once at the hotel, it took us 30 minutes to check-in because a larger group of 20 took priority over myself despite the group’s insistence on me going first. The room was clean but a bit worn down. However, the view was quite nice. The hotel’s breakfast was above average and the day-shift staff were friendly.

Amazing, I can’t even explain the professionalism and how far and beyond the staff went for us. I have stayed in so many hotels, this was by far one of the greatest. Staff friendly and attentive with whatever need you have, and the breakfast was A+. I befriended several workers named Spencer and Cudi. I mean these gentlemen went far and beyond for me and my wife. Very professional in every manner and on top of that they offered some great ideas as a locals on what to do in Istanbul. I will be coming back to this hotel my wife and I are very pleased. Thanks Guys!!
