The entire staff od the Mukarnas Taksim hotel treat their guests as VIPs. We enjoyed our stay withe the exception of a sewage odor that filled the room when the A/C turned on. Other than that, our stay was excellent. We would stay there again if in the area.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in Turkiye.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's right in the heart of Taksim Square. The building is backstreet so you won't hear any street noise. The breakfast has rich selection. The staff are super friendly. The room is updated and looks clean and modern. Overall I'm happy with the stay.

Overall great stay! Quiet and very convenient location. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful service. Rooms were slightly smaller than appear on the photos. Gym is ok, you can do basic workout. Don’t count on Sauna, it’s packed with spare hotel inventory. Would rate 4.5/5

We went to istanbul for a weekend away and booked this hotel Mukarnas Taksim . We did read the reviews online and they had very good score. The location fo this hotel is easy to find and the area there is one of the best places to visit. When we went there we had a warm welcome from the staff at reception desk. Reception staff spoke very good English and we had a good communication and understanding ( no language barrie). The rooms were clean and very good arranged. The hospitality was very good the staff did clean our rooms daily. The kitchen and dinning staff/ waiters were very good. The food was delicious, nice selections and varieties of food. They always looked after us and provided very good service. The hotel does find you taxi for pick up and drop off from airport with a very resonable price. The hotel staff was very friendly, communicative, ready to help for anything you ask. Wi-Fi is available at the hotel. We had a wonderful experice at Mukarnas Taksim hotel In future of we visit Istanbul we will be booking( name of the hotel) again. It did match and extended our expectation.

We had a great time. Breakfast is nice and with variety. Staff are all nice and welcoming. Very close to istiklal street, less than 2 min walk. The area is relatively calm despite being close to istiklal. Room is comfortable and has all needed amenities

They just want to take your money hook or crook. Will not communicate and give valuable information. Due to their inflexibility I could not plan certain activities. I wouldn’t use their car service for airport transfer. The room was fine but too cramped up for a standard double room. There was no ironboard and dryer was damaged (it worked though after some struggle).

Great experience, great location in Taksim area. Great staff, hotel offers airport transfer for 40 Euros for 2 people. Breakfast is great, great service all around. Hotel offers a laundry service that is fast at a great price. Would stay again, highly recommend.
