The staff here were great! They were all super professional and nice from the door people to the front desk and cleaning staff. Overall the stay was very nice. We stayed here in the winter but we can tell it’s a beautiful place to stay in the summer as well. We felt that the rooms were nice and clean and had everything we needed. Only draw back was it was a bit loud when others were in the hall and we could hear the train come past. We had the room with the private hamam which was unique. Location was great. So close to the blue mosque and grand bazaar and other local markets.

Really Nice hotel located within walking distance of some of the must-see in Istanbul. Room was very clean and staff very courteous but everything has been brutally spoilt by the noise around the room, not the street, from within the hotel. Getting 3 clean hours of sleep per night is not acceptable. I reported it to reception and the item was dismissed with a simple “I am sorry”.

I liked the fact that they were very welcoming and had gifts ready in the room when you checked in and as you checked out. It was also very clean. However the photos seem misleading as it does not look the way it does on photos. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, including directions.

Very nice hotel close to everything you need. Shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance and close to Tram which takes u everywhere. The breakfast in the morning was so good.
