I loved this hotel everything was great but there was one staff who truly went above and beyond. I forgot to ask for his name but he was tall and had curly hair. I am truly satisfied with all of his help and advice. Will definitely come back next time.

I had a fantastic stay at Nex Hotel! The location is unbelievable — right in the heart of everything with so many great restaurants nearby. The metro is just a short walk away, which made getting around the city super easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Modern, clean, great location for value. I booked a massage at their spa which was perfection. Mahmoud took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable and was great. Highly recommend a spa treatment. The only constructive criticism would be the hotel not honoring the discount that was included in my booking. Aside from this - my stay was great.
