The only good thing about the hotel is the service of yilmaz, mehmet and murat. The hotel rooms are so tiny and small. Except room 1810. Another good thing is the location of the hotel. Make sure never take the breakfast its not worth it.

I had to stay at the Nova plaza for almost 13 days. Overall I was not satisfied with the visit. Breakfast was very poor and the staff specifically the dine-in Manager was extremely rude and had a fight with me over me asking him for a cup of tea. The beds were very old as well. People were smoking inside their rooms and I had to complain a few times to the receptionist and no action was taken. way overpriced. ilmaz helped very much with stuff and I thank him for that. I felt I was ripped off with this visit.

10/10 Amazing staff Had Yilmaz show me around help us off a lot very professional and nice person, showed us everything that we needed and had a smile on and talk to us. Decent central hotel
Good hotel, easy walking distance to Taksim square also the Havabus drop off point (18Tl from SAW airport) decent breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes. Staff behind perspex serving area, all covid friendly. Pools/spa were shut due to govt rules, was a shame. Bed was big and comfy, everything worked, no problems. Wifi did drop for last day, that was only issue. A local hair transplant/plastic surgeon must have a deal with hotel, as they picked up every day, so expect to see many post surgery bandaged heads..

The location was just 5 min to Istiklal street, rooms were clean , breakfast was amazing and staff were hepful . But rooms were little tight for our family of 4 , and AC was oly hot , so we had to open the window were it was located directly on the street and it was noisy specially we were at 3rd floor . But all was excellent
