Located within Istanbul. Very convenient as it is close to the Galata Tower, shops, and restaurants. The only slight downside is that it is tucked away which is not easily seen. Nonetheless, I recommend this place because the staff is very courteous and accommodating.

The main issue with this hotel was that the family room had no proper windows, only small openings into an enclosed space. While the rooms were a good size for a family, the lack of natural light made them feel quite suffocating. Breakfast was very basic for the price—no omelettes or yoghurts offered. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I love the breakfast area. It is at 4th floor. Open area cross the sea. It was wonderful. Also I would like to appreciate one of the reception staff Mr. Yashar. There are lots of tours for the city and Yashar helped me to navigate through them by booking few wonderful tours for me and my family.

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön! Gute Lage alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Putzservice im Zimmer lies zu wünschen übrig, wenn Haare im Bad auf dem Boden liegen und das Toilettenpapier leer ist sollte man aufmerksam sein. Das Frühstück war für uns persönlich nicht wirklich ansprechend - mir fehlte frisches Obst, Müsli und Joghurt. Das Brot war auch sehr trocken und insgesamt sehr eintönig alles. Die Lage hingegen und auch sonst das Flair waren super! Wir würden sicher nochmal wiederkommen wenn der Service und das Frühstück besser ist. Wir haben uns auch Upgrade gegönnt Junior Suite ist wirklich klasse - allerdings hieß es hier 20 % auf member wo nur 10% berücksichtigt wurden. Nichts des trotz ist Istanbul eine Reise wert!
