dirty hotel and lack of equipment

I spoke with the manager but he doesn't want to find a solution. He offers a half refund but I think given the situation it's not reasonable. There are no towels, no duvets. The hotel is very dirty, you can't sleep. It's a trash can. Here are the photos. the smells in the bathroom make you want to vomit

When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception, it didn't took 2 minutes until the Hotel Director arrived. If the Staff is not in the reception they are probably in front of the Hotel. The Hotel Director is a very Polite and Caring Guy. It can be really loud depending on how loud the Bars, Cafes and Restaurant turn up the Music which are around the Hotel. Friday and Saturday there was loud Music until 2am.

World smallest place and loudest noise

This was a new hotel looks like the picture. But the location of the hotel is where all the bars with live band music and a big disco place is located it feels like the bar and disco is in your room. If you now you going to bed after 03 o’clock then it’s okey. Otherwise you not going to sleep before 03-04:00 in the morning. If you ask about anything in the hotel you don’t going to get if you don’t tell the gay how work night shift really good gay. The other 2 doesn’t now anything about service. The room is very very small you can have a big bag in the room because it’s 2,05 with 2,05meters and bathroom is small. If they gave me it floor free I would never stay there again

朝の８時ごろ荷物だけ預けにフロントに行くとスタッフが机で寝ていた。それはいいんだけど、だいぶ寝ぼけていたらしく、スタッフはチェックインの手続きの際に別の客の（ヒゲの濃い欧米の中年男性）パスポートコピーを見せながら『あなたの予約は無い』と私（アジア人女）に言ってくる。顔写真だいぶ違うけどなあとなんか面白かった。面白かったが個人情報の扱いに不安を感じた。 部屋は清潔で必要十分、何も不満はない。 ホテルの場所はgooglemap 必須で分かりにくいが、周辺にレストランも多く便利。ただクラブが多く夜中遅くまで大きな音楽が聞こえている。静かではないことを理解して予約した方がいい。

Sıcak su olmayan bir otel.

Otel fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi gayet güzel döşenmiş tertemiz. Gürültü konusunda girerken uyariyorlar fakat öyle böyle bir gürültü değil TV en son sesteyken dahi duyamiyorsunuz. En kötüsü sıcak su yoktu girişte uyarılması gereken bir konuydu. Uygun fiyatlı olması gürültüyü açıklıyor fakat sıcak su olmayan bir otelde ilk kez kaldım yaşanabilecek aksilikleri göze alıyorsanız kalabilirsiniz.

Konumu çok iyi. İstanbul moderne çok yakın. Otel odası küçük biz bir gece kaldığımız için ve valizimiz küçük boy olduğu için zorlanmadık ama büyük valizi açamayacak kadar dar bir alan var odada. Yatak konforluydu. Dolap ve kasa olmaması kötüydü. Banyo temizdi fakat banyodaki su zor gidiyordu. Genel anlamda bir gece için 10 üzerinden fiyat performans olarak 8 verirdim şayet o gece 4 e kadar süren ses olmasaydı. Bir daha asla tutmam hele cumartesi gecesi asla asla. Öyle bir ses ki kulaklık takıp uyumaya çalıştım. 4 de en son sokağın sakinleştiğini duydum. Ses aşırı aşırı aşırı aşırıııı geliyor. Çünkü aşağısı barlar sokağıymış :( Otel yetkilileri çok ilgiliydi 10/10 puanım gerçekten o konuda 10 ama ses puanımı kırmama sebep oldu.

Çok guzel bir yerde, kafelerin arasinda bir otel. Temizlik ve kalitesinden gayet memnun kaldık. Bir daha İstanbula gittigimde mutlaka tekrar tercih ederiz. Ayrica yakinlarda yürüme mesafesinde bir katlı otopark mevcut.

Rezalet

Öncelikle otele iyi yorum yapıp tercih etmeme neden olan herkese teesüf ederim. Eşimle 3 gecelik konaklamamızın ilk gecesinde verdikleri odanın camı kapanmıyordu içerisi buz gibi olduğu için başka odaya geçmek istedik. Çift kişilik odaları dolu olduğu için bir geceliğine tek kişilik odada idare etmemizi istediler pekala dedik ve odaya geçtik. Tek kişilik odada da yatak pisti bildiğiniz bir sürü kıl vardı yatakta. İdare etmek adına iğrenerek de olsa kaldık. Ertesi gün başka bir odaya geçtik tam iyi güzel derken duşa gireceğimiz zaman gördük ki bu odanın da duşunun gideri tıkalı. Ama öyle basit bir tıkanma değil duşakabin göle dönüşüyor hatta su duşakabinden taşıyor duş almak imkansız. Ayrıca banyo yine temiz değil yerler kıllarla doluydu. Durumu bildirip temizletilmesini istedik ama bayram olduğu için söz vermeyelim muhtemelen düzeltemeyiz dediler. 3 gecelik konaklamamız burnumuzdan geldi. Sonuç olarak otelin yalnızca konumu güzel. Galataporta 5 dk da geçiyorsunuz. Bunun dışında temizlik konfor rezalet. Odalar fotoğraftakinden çok çok küçük. Ses konusu beklediğimiz gibiydi merkezi bi konumda olduğu için diğer yorumlarda da belirtildiği gibi gece 1 e kadar falan yüksek sese hazır olun.
