Staff went above and beyond to help, arranged airport transfer and e passes etc. Breakfast was made to order and staff was extremely accommodating for any dietary needs. Will highly recommend this hotel because of staff and ideal location to visit attractions.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and amazingly helpful. If you are looking for luxury then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a clean and safe place with enough amenities and in the middle of all the attraction then this is an awesome place. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast and the breakfast staff is amazing. You will not regret your stay here. Also a few mins walk to the blue mosque and Aya sofia.

We stayed with my 10 month old infant for 1 week in RW hotel. Staff was exceptional, especially Mevlut and his brother. Breakfast is abundant and very very tasty. Great accommodation, close to Blue mosque and Haque Sophia. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.

This is a great property, an easy walking distance from the major sights like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Cisterns. Istanbul is a crowded and hilly city, so it is busy but this hotel is off a quiet street. They were very accommodating to us and asked serval times if we needed anything to help us during our stay. Very helpful staff. The room was great and modern and could accommodate our family of four with bunk beds. The highlight was the breakfast! Just an amazing spread that we looked forward to each day! My family has never been so excited for breakfast and we made sure we got there with enough time to enjoy the food and the views from the rooftop terrace. I definitely recommend this hotel and location.

Bien le personnel est sympa mais sur deux jours la propreté de la chambre n’a pas été faite c’est dommage car au début oui mais les derniers jours pas de ménage fait dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner au top par contre et la localisation aussi au près de la Mosquée bleue mais loin des transports

El servicio del staff fue excelente, siempre atentos y cordiales, nos apoyaron con el transporte al aeropuerto de ultima hora, vieron opciones rápidamente y resolvieron la situacion👍los desayunos turcos estuvieron excelentes pero mejor el servicio y atencion de su personal especialmente Boris, el hotel esta es una excelente ubicacion en sultanahmed, esta a pasos de la columa de Constantino y obelisco de Teodosio, buena opción para un presupuesto mediano, totalmente recomendable👍
