Odalarda lagam kokusu vardı , yataklar çok rahatsız edici . Resepsiyon arkadaşların otelle bir alakası yok hiçbir yardımı dokunma ne araç park , su istedik gelmedi 5 defa aradık en son getirirken sanki kötü birşey yapmışız gibi kızgın bir haraketle su verdiler .

Temizlik Sorunu

Yatak korkunç derecede kirliydi çarşaf ve kılıfların değişmediğini düşünüyorum yastık kılıfımda rimel izi vardı. Üstümüze örtmek için herhangi bir şey bulunmuyordu odada arayıp talep ettik hemen getirdiler. Pandemi sebebiyle az personel çalıştırdıklarını düşünüyorum yoksa durumun başka bir açıklaması olamaz. Otelin konumu çok güzel odanın dekoru gayet şık odamız gayet büyüktü ancak temizlik ciddi sorun umarım pandemi sonrası daha titiz bir şekilde devam edersiniz.

Hiç memnun kalmadım. Tavsiye etmem.

Otopark olduğu yazmasına rağmen gittiğimizde sadece 3 araçlık yerimiz var ve dolu denildi. Saat 22:00 da giriş yapmamıza rağmen oda gittiğimizde hazır değildi. Gece sürekli tadilat sebebiyle gürültü oldu. Oda fotoğraflardaki gibi değildi.

Yabancı misafirlerimin iki odada konaklamasi icin tercih ettigim merkezi bir hoteldi. Misafirlerimin resepsiyonda kayitlarini yaptirirken yanima gelen bir sakallı tip, kim oldugumu, beni bir yerlerden taniyip tanimadigini falan sordu. Her hitab cümlesine minik mafya tribiyle ve "sen" hitabetini kullanarak yapmasi gercekten üzücüydü. Resmen korsan taksici muamelesi gördüm. Yanlis yonetim. Otel guzel fakat idare boş. Ve ilanda kahvalti var diyor. Fakat kahvalti servisi yok. Şasirmayin. :(
