Very nicely located hotel with very motivated staff taking care of all of our wishes. In walking distance of major attractions such as both major mosques, the grand bazaar as well as several dining locations. Transfer by boat to the other side of the golden horn also easy, affordable and a nice experience! Overall, highly recommended and not too expensive!

We arrived late in the evening and received a warm welcome. The room clean and perfect for having a restful sleep. In the morning, we had a wonderful walk to the Blue Mosque and surrounding historical sites. The hotel is centrally located and short walk to the Egyptian Bazaar. We look forward to visiting Istanbul Romance Hotel on our next visit.

The hotel is located walking distance to all the old city attractions such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern. It’s also on the tram line if you need to go farther. Large comfortable room with a King bed. Shower had very strong water pressure! Excellent buffet breakfast! Very friendly staff.

I’m for sure happy that I got to see Istanbul and stayed in a convenient area, but this hotel for the star ranking is a letdown. And I say a letdown because of many things how tired the hotel is and lack of any thoughts put behind the amenities and the quality of the amenities and quality of the services and the decoration and the paint of the rooms. It definitely does not deserve four stars, but it is a good convenient way to stay and get to see Istanbul.
