"Pretty good overall. No standouts but nothing bad either, except for the fact that the shower did not work or was confusingly designed. The television remote did not work well either. Besides that, I had no problems. Lots of food for breakfast and it was good, room service was prompt and helpful, and room was clean."

"It is a good hotel with very friendly staff and a wonderful view of all of Istanbul, but there is a downside: the towels provided were terrible—old and full of holes. I thought it was just a one-off, but they brought old, tattered towels every day. If that isn't an issue for you, then I recommend this hotel."
