Staff understand very limited English. Not very much like a hotel. Very tiny rooms with limited mobility. Not worthy the price at lot.

One day my friend and I came back to our room and we found out that our razor was on the toilet floor. It was broken into two pieces and this must have been an accident during room cleaning. My friend went to ask the receptionist and the cleaner but they did not admit it. The cleaning lady was nervous and she kept saying she did not see the razor. If she was the one who cleaned our room, then who dropped the razor in the toilet and why the razor head was near the sink but the rest of it was next to the toilet?? Very disappointing.

This hotel is just 1 block from Metro and very walkable everywhere. Also hotel staff was very friendly with me as foreigner and not speaking the local language. They really helped me more than i expected. They even game a Metro card to move around and allowed me to do an early check-in. Rooms are clean and functional

Great customer service
We had a bit of a problem with the room but despite the language barrier, the owner/ manager came to our room immediately to resolve our issue. They didnt have any other rooms available that night but they promised to change our room the next day since we were spending 3 nights there. That alone, to me, was more important than anything. I appreciate their prompt action and they delivered. As for the location, it is in a very convenient area, a bit of a walk from the blue mosque but we walked both days - there were lots of shops along the way and we felt safe. lots of restaurants available nearby that water reasonably priced. It's a small boutique hotel so dont expect anything 5-stars but i enjoyed the stay especially their customer service

Beautiful small family run hotel in a city location exceptionally decorated throughout, friendly staff who will make sure you’re stay is perfect nothing is a problem, very clean and the food is traditional breakfast couldn’t fault anything, excellent WiFi connection , the staff are lovely 😊

Une nuit passée à l'hôtel. Très bruyant, la fenêtre était cassée, la porte a la douche aussi, le sèche-cheveux ne marchait pas. Le pire - à l'heure du départ, on a trouvé les artisans qui ont été en train de remplacer la fenêtre, ils n'ont pas même attendu notre départ.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, top Lage
Uns hat unser 6-tägiger Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Super Service, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sauber und modern ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück war zwar kein Buffet aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist toll: Etwa 3 Gehminuten von der Tramstation Aksaray. Trotz des Trubels draußen war es aber im Hotel angenehm ruhig.
