I am really enjoy to stay in Taximist hotel.that is what you payed for. Staff is amazing, friendly. Breakfast is basic but is okay. Facilities is need to update.

To start with, the staff and their support were excellent. However, things start falling apart when it comes to the maintenance and the overall cleanliness of the property. Breakfast is provided, but it's in the basement in a very small room and is congested. If not for the staff, I feel I wouldn't have given it 4 stars at all!

Location was good and for the low price of the hotel it was ok. I didn’t feel safe at night. Towels seemed dirty. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean, space-y, and comfortable. The location was perfect since it’s a 5 minute walk from bus stops and the metro. However, at night the pubs around us got very loud and they woke us up the first night. But the second night the hotel management upgraded our room to the last floor, and we no longer heard the noise the second day. From that day everything was perfect and i really loved the view from the top floor. Thank you! This is an hotel i would definitely come back to if i go back to Istanbul

What I understood from the reviews I read on Hotels.com did not match reality. The hotel was ok to stay in to be close to Taksim Square but it was not very clean and breakfast was just ok.

The property is not at all as advertised on expedia so do not be fooled to book based on how it looks in images. As you enter the reception, is is small and filled with smoke smell, the lift hardly fits 2, the rooms are filthy and have smell of smoke, if you suffer from breathing issues you can not last in this hotel for too long. Our room has left over stuff from previous visitors and floors were dirty and filthy. Bedsheet torn and dirty towels in toilets. We booked the hotel for three days but could not last there for too long and checked out the very next day. The hotel is not accommodating in issuing a refund so be mindful if you plan booking this hotel. Also its not family friendly, when we returned back to room after dinner, the lobby was blocked by 2 men and there was a party going on in the suite next to lobby. Br very careful when you book this hotel, we were deceived by the images and reviews on expedia.

The staff was helpful, and the location is walking distance to Taxim Square. The room was very dirty and unkept. The minibar was not working and I had to ask them to bring toilet paper. Defiantly not worth the money. There are much better hotels around for the same or even less. Don't be fooled by the high reviews as the reviews are mainly for the staff of the hotel- who were really nice.

Memorable stay at this hotel, thx Mr Farhan
We spent 3 days at this hotel with a family. The location was great, close to Taksim square. The staff and service was excellent, Very friendly and accommodating, specially Hotel manager, Mr Farhan went out of his way and helped treating us like his own family, in arranging wheel chair for my mother and providing comfortable room.

the hospitality, the staff, and their attitude were great. the hotel location is difficult to find using the GPS for the first time, but overall, it's near to Taksim with a 4 min walk. it is also near to bust station (HAVAIST bus) to go back to the airport. the airconditioning was good, but it has a weird voice which made perfect sleep impossible. the cleanness of the room needs to get better.

Room and bathroom are rather large. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Toilet bowl seat/lid is a sham, totally can't fit in so had to remove the whole thing to use the toilet bowl. Housekeeping should ensure that the tabletops are properly wiped as dirt shows easily on the glass; I'd to wipe down with wet tissues myself. Need better lighting at vanity desk.

They gave me a suite room wich was located same floor as the reception. It was very noisy i could hear everything that was going on there. Beside that the hotel was ok not bad! But i would say its an average hotel 2 stars
