The staff members are great! Omer is phenomenal, has the greatest welcoming smile, and is a hard working and respectful young man. Mr. Ali, Kivanc, Arslan, Manager Vaisal, and Nesh are all great and respectful staff members. The kitchen staff is excellent; great breakfast and cleanliness. The cleaning crew keeps the hotel very clean; a plus is that the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. We have been to this hotel several times, extremely safe. The owner takes great care in making sure all hotel guests are comfortable, respected, and satisfied with their stay.

Clean hotel and great staff but breakfast is really bad and quite basic. There was an issue with the room cards resetting each night for some reason but the reception staff always fixed it. Overall great hotel.

Everything is OK more or less. I’m satisfied. Except in my opinion, the mattress is too firm and the window doesn’t give you much of soundproof quality. As I said before everything else is good.

AC not working in the room. Was told by receiption it will be fixed at 2pm the next day and i was only there for one night. Nice area where hotel is but its a bit basic and looks like a few corners have been cut when getting this place ready.

i booked a room for 3 persons and it was not the same as in the pictures i saw. I got a dark and small room with small windows with no view. They then changed my room, but it was still small for us 3. The bathroom was very small. My bed was crooked and not comfortable. I could not sleep good on it. In the bathroom there wasn't a single hook you could hang your clothes on. The room was very small and uncomfortable for 3 persons.

Havasizdi. Fiyat performans olarak bile kötü.
