Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
No lighting in the bathroom or a window had to use mobile torch. TV didn't work, air-conditioning above was leaking water, sofa bed which my daughter used was directly in front obviously this was dangerous. Kettle didn't work. Wallpaper peeling away. Furniture was chipped. IKEA small tables were used as bedside which needed replacing too. The 3 wardrobes had handles missing and wood chipped property needs a deep clean and full renovation all this feedback was reported by another guest which stayed about year ago looking into reviews
