we liked the room we were given on the higher floor facing the garden. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and modern. And the hotel location in Besiktas was very convenient.

Electricity was off one day, water was off other day, AC is not cooling, hot inside. The booked transfer from the airport to hotel was a disaster, very unprofessional transfer company.

Appalling cleanliness. Towels, toilet, flooring and doors were not cleaned as there were dirt marks all over. Towels and blankets were not fresh as they seemed to have been folded but there were marks on them

The room was nothing like described or promised. The room and bathroom were filthy. There were cherry pits on the floor from previous occupants and the bedside tables were dirty and sticky. I had booked the room for six days but stayed there for one night only (less than 24hrs) and went to another hotel.

Comfy and clean

Nice and clean hotel, we were happy until we decided to open the window first time in midnight and the handle fell to the floor. We had to call the reception in midnight and they could only find and bring a screwdriver because it was very late. Luckily I fixed the handle and i could hardly close the window but the room temperature dropped a lot.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im The Capital Hotel in Istanbul und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett und die Kissen waren super bequem richtig süß und kuschelig! Auch das Raumklima war top, und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Zwar ist das Hotel eher klein, aber definitiv fein. Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat sich der Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall gelohnt, wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und würden wiederkommen!
