A spectacular property. One of the finest hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed in the best). All the finished are very fine. The room layout and view were top notch. Staff was helpful and friendly.

SUPERB service and staff. Very modern and tech forward rooms. The views were incredible from our room and the pool. Rooftop restaurant was delicious. The gym was big with great equipment.

The staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, striking the perfect balance between high-end service and friendly charm. A real highlight was the complimentary chauffeur-driven car, a beautiful and convenient way to explore the local area - just one of many thoughtful touches that set this hotel apart. The hammam treatment was sublime, leaving us completely relaxed, while the pool and spa area were both visually stunning and deeply calming. Superlative, impeccable, and incomparable five star hotel with the utmost care in excellent service and facilities. The location in Istanbul is unsurpassable.
