Close enough to walk to many places, but never had to wait more than a minute or two for taxi if needed to go further. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional and could not have asked for better. Rooms were always clean and amenities were fine. Would happily stay there again.

Long weekend stay

The Mona Bosphorus exceeded our expectations. Great hotel with amazingly comfortable beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff, a great position that is within walking distance of the main street and many places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. Some of the streets leading to the hotel are a bit steep but easily walkable and the taxi's were mostly OK getting to the hotel even in the rare snow which we had while we were there

Oda ilk gittiğimizde pisti ve dağınıktı. Uyarıp düzeltmelerini isteyip otelden ayrıldık ve 3-4 aaat sonra geit geldiğimizde sadece azıcık daha toplandığını hala çarşafın vs kuşlanılmamış olmadıüını gördük

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great spot if you are Istanbul to enjoy the nightlife. Not great if you want to relax in your room and sleep early. Overall it was a lovely hotel

Mona is an amazing hotel in a great location. All the staff were kind and responsive to any request. The cleaning lady was such a beautiful soul and with a positive attitude. I recommend Mona hotel to everyone :)

Giriş kattaki oda da konakladım. Oda kapısında aralık kaldığı için koridor ışığı tamamen oda içerisindeydi. Resepsiyonu arayıp ışık ve gürültü geldiğini belirtmeme rağmen bi önlem alınmadı.Yatak örtüsü ile kapı aralıklarını kapatmaya çalıştım. Kapıda aralık oldugundan ve restaurant yanı oldugundan gece 2 ye kadar mutfak gürültüsü ve resepsiyon gürültüsünden uyku uyuyamadım. Otelde uyumak için kalıyoruz. Bu kadar gürültüde nasıl uyunabilir. Geceliğine 3500 tl ödediğim oda da sabaha kadar uyuyamadım.

Instead of double room, take twin. The double room has limited space to move. The basin of the bed and matresse are not fitting. For that reason one side is collapsing, besides the middle part is also collapsing. It was not a good bed choice. Also the location is very hilly. Be ready to climb a very steep slopes. Not easy to drive the car if you come with a car in this steep and narrow streets . There is closed parking space.

Hôtel loin de tout très très en hauteur...aucun resto ou snack aux alentours...il faut surtout rien oublier avant d'y retourner. Chambre petite mais correcte...très mal dormi car elles sont très mal insonorisées...on avait des voisins bruyants qui parlaient fort et qui claquaient les portes en pleine nuit. Lumières dans le couloir allumées toutes la nuit on a été obligé de mettre des serviettes pour pas voir la lumière toute la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner...pains secs, jus sans goût, pas 1 seul fruit que des légumes bref on y est plus retourné le dernier jour...on a déjeuné en ville... On pensait avoir une belle vue sur le bosphorus mais c'était pas le cas et c'est bien dommage. Le personnel sans intérêt aucune communication, aucun conseil...

Nicht Empfehlenswert

Wegen nicht der Wahrheit entsprechendem Bewertungen sind wir in dieses Hotel gelandet. Leider war Unsere Romantic Room (Sea View and Terrace) in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand. Die Dame am Empfang war so was von unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht Hilfsbereit. Sie konnte uns oder konnte uns keinen Taxi rufen Sprachkenntnisse Verständigung Probleme also müssten wir uns selber Helfen und zu Fuss zu recht finden und steilen Hügel hinab laufen bis Ortaköy zum nicht glauben. Der Schlafraum im Dachgeschoss ist sehr klein mann muss sich immer bücken beim gehen oder anziehen. Es verfügt kein Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches unsere Kleidung müsste wir im Koffer deponieren. Die XXL Sofa lädt überhaupt nicht zum sitzen ein es ist verfleckt und von Zigaretten verbrannt. Das Grosse Fenster im Wohnbereich hat Glasbruch. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und es stinkt sehr nach Abfluss Kanalisation. Das einzige was Positiv war ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse sonst überhaupt nicht. Wir wollten aus dem Hotel ausschenken leider ging das nicht. Für diese Verständigung müssten wir Bekannte die Türkische Sprache beherrschen per Telefon zum übersetzen kontaktieren. Wir haben für 6 Nächte CHF 1'608.06 bezahlt. Die Leute die das Hotel und alles andere mit sehr gut bewertet haben bewundere ich.
