Super welcoming staff! Check in process so smooth. Rooms were so clean! The general area is very safe as well. The breakfast was traditional and a wide range of options were provided. At every step the staff is so caring! Make sure to go there for a peaceful getaway.

Nestled above the hubbub of downtown Buyukada, Triada is a crisp beacon of relaxation. My room had double doors that opened onto a beautifully mosaic balcony from which I could see the ocean, and boats sailing past with the Istanbul skyline behind it. Breakfast was enough food for a full day.

Great hotel up on the hills with lovely garden

We stayed at Triada with my fiances and my family during our wedding on the next island. Booked two big and one small bungalov which were quite spacious with small terrace. The rooms were nicely decorated. Outside area is all green with small gardens. Staff and management were super helpfull during this busy and stressful time with last minute details of the wedding. All employees were very service minded and pleasant at all times. Our rooms were cleaned spottles, breakfast and other food options were delicious. The hotel is located on the hills, distant from the crouds, so peacefull. Cant recommend Triada more!

Misafirin odadayken inşaat işlemleri

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü fakat internet odanın sadece 1 köşesinde çalışıyor o da zayıf bir bağlantı ile.. temizlik görünen yerlerde güzel fakat pencere kenarları (penceler açıktı, kendimiz kapatınca fark ettik) örümcek ağı, ölmüş böcekler ve saçlarla dolu idi. Küvetin etrafına daha önceki misafirler saçlarını yapıştırmıştı (tuğla duvarlarda). Oda ses yalıtımı hiç yoktu üst katta yürüyeni dahi kapı altından gayet net duyuyorduk ve binadaki tüm konuşmaları odada işittik. En üzücü olay ise dinlenmeye geldiğimiz otelde odamızın duvarına sabah 09.00 da matkap ile son güç uygulanan duvar delme işlemi. Cumartesi günü olmasına rağmen ve odada misafirlerin kaldığı bilinmesine rağmen sabah sabah matkap ile odamızın duvarına işlem yapılma sesi ile uyandırıldık ve delme işlemi aralıksız devam etti. Bu olayın ardından biz odayı terk edip kahvaltıya gidip bitirdiğimizde dahi bu inşaat işlemi sesini bu sefer kahvaltı bölümünden 11.30 a kadar duymaya devam ettik.

Özellikle jakuzili istediğimiz oda biraz karanlık ve özellikle nemli&havasızdı. Jakuzili oda tercih edeceklerin önceden bilmesi faydalı olabilir. Bütün otelin çevresi o kadar huzurlu, personeli o kadar kibar ki huzurumuz kaçamadı :)

Konaklamamız çok keyifliydi. Odamız temizdi ve her şey yeterliydi. Çalışanlar o kadar nazik ve tatlı insanlardı ki gerçekten bir sorun çıksaydı da bunun çok kolay telafi edileceğine emin oldum. Pazar günleri kahvaltı açık büfeymiş ona denk geldik. Her şey lezzetlliydi, çeşitler abartısız ama fazlaydı. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğim bir yer.

Tam bir fiyasko, paranıza yazık.

Satın aldığımız oda "sistem hatası" var denilerek bize verilmedi, farklı odada konakladık, çözüm bulunmadı, kısmi para iades yapılmadı mağdur olduk. Odada tv çalışmıyor, jakuzi 15 dk'da bir kendi kendine çalışıyor, taharet musluğundan yere çamurlu sular akıyor, doğru düzgün hiçbir hizmet alamadık. Bir daha asla (1) hotels üzerinden bir oda almam (2) bu otelde konaklamam.
