Friendly staff , accommodating too. The area was close to shops and food that accept either cash and/or card. About 12-15 mins walk from a Baha’i holy place. Just one comment at about 2100 noticed that room may smell smoke (2 evenings) hmm

Hotel have good location, cheap price and always available rooms. Breakfast satisfy. But hotel has very old maintenance. No tea pot in the room. This hotel I will add to the list "never come back again".

It was an OK stay as a whole

My stay was ok. I thank the receptionist Mohammed from Mardin. He really represents Turkish originality and hospitality and he represents his religion Islam in a very civilized way. He was always supportive, kind, and handsome.

Achterstallige onderhoud, eerste nacht onjuiste kamer aangewezen, 2e dag hebben ze na het aanvraag gecorrigeerd. Er is altijd een van de eigenaren aanwezig achter de balie. Toevallig eentje die overdag van de 2e dag brutaal en niet klantvriendelijk.
