I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even accommodating my early arrival without any hassle. The service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. On top of that, the price was very affordable for the level of comfort and hospitality offered. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be returning!

Great views (if you select the junior suites with view) at reasonable price however this is a boutique hotel meaning there's no common area like balcony or separate space to sit or lounge and no breakfast. Hotel has two separate buildings, the rooms with the views will be at the adjacent building which is a side entrance at an alley, you will have to climb up one floor of stairs (tight and inconvenient) to get to a small elevator which can take you to your floor. The staff were very friendly though. I think they advertised it as soundproof room but I could still hear much of the busy city despite being in the 7th floor with the soundproof windows. I only recommend staying here if you select the annex junior suite (sea view) which made up for the incovenience otherwise it's not worth it.

The room has amazing view of the sea and landmark of Istanbul. The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy access and walkable distance to major attractions. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel for exploring Karakoy and beyond

This hotel is well located for exploring Karakoy. The rooms have a lot my view over the river and mosques opposite. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Best value for money hotel in Istanbul

This was my 5th trip to Istanbul and i have stayed in many hotels, but this is by far the best hotel I came across which is also reasonable in price. Great location, very clean, very cordial staff...everything one needs.

We arrived our property late but Omar the night receptionist made us feel very welcomed, he had great energy and a positive attitude. He gave us lots of tips to navigate the city and was very helpful in arranging transportation etc. Rest of the staff was awesome as well whenever we needed anything. Hotel was situated near the tran station and was very convenient to reach to the main tourist destinations but yet not in a too touristy area. View from our room was stunning as well. Highly recommended!!

Great location and view

The location of the hotel is great which allows you to see the panoramic view of the old town during your stay. You do not need to go to GALATA tower waiting a long queue and spend a lot to the top of the tower.

I really love this hotel, because they have one of the most beautiful view! You can see from your window 3 one of the biggest mosques in Istanbul. Also I really liked their cleaning, always room was fresh and clean. Service was also very good, Guys on reception was very kind and positive, helped us a lot with different things. I really recommend them to everybody and for sure we will come again!

Wonderful property, on a busy main road though but please don't let that worry you, just bring ear plugs. The room we had was on floor 5 with a fabulous view over the river and the Sultanahmet district. The property was clean and the staff warm and friendly and genuinely interested in their guests and making sure they had everything needed. Berk, provided us with tea or coffee each morning if we wanted it at no extra charge. Lovely lad and we hope he enjoys his adventures in Slovakia next year. The location was excellent being at the foot of the hill for the Galata Tower, make sure you bring decent footwear. Great choice of eating places and a stone's throw from the Galata pier for ferries to the Asian side or the Galata bridge to get over to the Sultanahmet district where most of the big Mosques, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Market are. Overall, great hotel with great staff in a great location.

Overall okay but not worth the price

We took a room for 4 nights with a sea view, which was as expected, an impressive view. Check-in process was quick, and staff welcome was great. Overall, it was okay but for the price we paid it was not worth it and we did have some misadventures. Some of them below: 1) Noise level from street and especially from neighboring rooms was horrible!! You get used to the constant traffic noise from the street. But noise from other rooms is not acceptable. There is no insulation at all. You could hear anything happening around you. The first night we had some people staying next door and they were talking loudly non-stop until 3am. We have called reception twice to ask them to do something about it, but nothing changed. The other nights were still a bit better, but we could still hear ‘less noisy’ neighbors. This is unacceptable to have no insulation at all!!! 2) Second day: while we were out exploring the city, we received a message late afternoon from the hotel telling us that we needed to move rooms as there was an unexpected plumbing issue in the bathroom (pipe exploded). When we arrived, we were escorted to our room by a very unprofessional staff member. He would talk to us incredibly informally and make very bad jokes (this for the rest of our stay). One of the jokes was really racist. But the most important thing was that when we arrived in our room, some workers were already in with doors wide open and doing their things. We had to move our stuff while people were around us.
