Location of the apartment was very nice and made it easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the only issue was that the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to misalignment and always stayed open, which caused some discomfort when using the toilet. Apart from this, everything was good, and it’s a recommendable place

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location near Galata and the port area. Getting the tram from nearby Tophane station was very convenient. They don’t clean your rooms but do replace towels, empty rubbish bins and restock toiletries (they did this twice during our 5 night stay)

We arrived early and were kindly allowed to check in early too. The room was very spacious. It's in a great area with lots of food, drink and shopping options nearby, lots of things are walkable and the tram is nearby. The only improvement would be the double bed, which had partially collapsed on one side, which meant sleeping at a bit of angle.

The staff was very accommodating. I arranged my transfer through them and they waited patiently even though I had a long delay with my flight and baggage claim. We stayed in communication through what’s app. Also during the stay communication was good. Very friendly, kind and helpful.The room was spacious and clean. I had a room with the sea view, which was very nice. You could hear and see the cruise boat. Airco was present. It is a room that on some points needs a bit of renovations. For example the rail in the bathroom. I liked the industrial look of the room. It’s noisy at some times of the days. But it didn’t bother me, because most of the times I was out and about. When it came to sleep, it was quiet and I always wake up rested without noise. There was a lot to do around the area, Galata Tower, port and bridge were very close by. Good places to eat out nearby. I walked a lot and for the far away parts I took an uber. I enjoyed my time very much! I had a nice and good experience at property.

Close enough to public transport, 15 minutes into Salamanheet tram stop where all the main attractions are. Service was amazing. Clean room, recieved an additional blanket when requested. Helped with delivering our luggage late in the evening when the air travel company lost our luggage. Let us check in early. Will be staying again if we're next in Istanbul.

The apartment was once fantastic (the time of photos), but it has not been maintained and it was a massive dissapointment. Even though a decent price... better to increase the budget a little bit. You do not want to go there.

The key point of this location is it´s position in the center of the Istanbul, 5 minutes to walk from the Galata Tower, and Istiklal Street in Karaköy, located in a calm side street. The hotel has no breakfast place, but we got the best breakfast in a nearby libanese cafe called "Arada Cafe". Don´t miss this breakfast. The Unver family is very committed to make your stay pleasant. Knowledge of English and German is sufficient. Noteworthy are the tasteful rooms with 2 rooms / large bathroom / shower / air conditioned. Conclusion: We had a very pleasant starting point for 2 days to get to know Istanbul.
