The hotel staff was great, they where nice, accommodating, and helpful during my one week stay there. There are a few nice areas within the hotel where you can sit, watch TV, and socialize with family and friends. The rooms where clean, and staff came by when requested. The one drawback is the location, If you're traveling from outside the country and want to see other areas within Istanbul, the traffic is brutal, and with this hotel location you could be sitting in traffic about 1.5 each way.

It's was amazing, they give u cute snacks every morning after they tidy up the room, everything is so clean, staff is helpful and welcoming. Also there is a daily amazing snack bouffe which is really big and it's for free everyday from 1 pm till 9 pm. This is so generous and amazing

Loved this hotel soooo chilled an relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was really good had everything breads cereals fruits then during the day they had teas/coffees cakes snacks sweets free. Location was excellent buses metro a shopping centre 10 min walk had endless shops an a convenience shop open till very late … then bonus was a bus to Istanbul airport few minute walk from hotel was sooo handy. Check in/check out was easy .. overall amazing stay

Rooms are very spacious and big and clean. Staff is generally nice one thing I will say is a downfall is that since I was a tourist I asked 4 different staff members for the price of the breakfast buffet and every single one of them gave me different numbers ranging from 600TL TO 1200TL so because of that I didn’t use there breakfast buffet option. There hamam was down so I believe it’s permanently closed at the moment. Other than that super close to marmara park, trams and buses so easy to get around to. You are still further away from the city and grand bazaar area.

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff very attentive and polite. Free snacks, cakes hot dogs ect. Brilliant decor with Disney and universal figures everywhere. Have been to Disney many times and wish there hotels were as good as this. Would definitely stay again. Slight drawback is that it is on main road so can be quite noisy with crazy Istanbul traffic.

The hotel is very fun with all kind of cartoon and Marvel characters around the hotel. The hotel is new and clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. They even offer free snacks until evening! We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed here for more than a week and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were modern, quiet, and very clean. The soundproof rooms were very important for me and helped me rest well. There is also a bus and metro station right in front of the hotel, which makes transportation very convenient. When I asked to change my room to another floor, the staff kindly helped me and quickly arranged it. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was lovely to stay In. The extra option of the all day drinks and snacks were amazing and the staff were all brilliant and very accommodating!!! Very polite and helpful and very hands on with anything I asked for !!! I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Nice clean hotel, but located on a major very noisy street with difficult access, especially for older customers. Neighborhood is NOT walkable and seems very unfriendly to visitors. Breakfast is expensive ($20.00) with mostly sugary pastries and salty pickled/preserved products - who really needs a dozen kinds of salty olives for breakfast? Staff members are mostly friendly and helpful. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but not 5.
