Was not quiet place. The WiFi very bad. The photos of the hotel do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. It spouses to have a laundry service but they don’t.

Great location
Nice and spacious room. The hotel is at the base of a hill, which was nice to not have to walk up at the end of a long day exploring the city.

Very clean
The hotel was very clean which was a surprise for the price we paid. The furniture and how clean the hotel was, I would say makes it close to a 4 start standard. The location is very convenient, walking distance, from the tram station of Karakoy, the Karakoy pear, Glata towe and Glata Bridge. The Hotel is located on a hill so was a bit inconvenient to carrry the bags and suitcases but manageable. The staff was very friendly as most Turks are. However, I wasnt very pleased with the breakfast options. I would recommend the hotel and consider staying there again with my next visit to Istanbul!

Die Mitarbeit an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral und sicher. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und die Fenster undicht. Das größte Problem ist die Sauberkeit, die Bettwäsche ist schon abgenutzt und es wurde nicht wirklich sauber gemacht, zudem wurde von den Putzkräften ein Mitbringsel von uns weggeworfen, dazu haben wir keine weiteren Infos mehr erhalten, nur dass es sein kann dass es beim aufräumen verschwunden ist. Sehr schade!

There may be noise due to the central location of the hotel, but the locking system of the windows minimizes the noise, it will be the healthiest solution to get help from the reception. Necessary work will be done by taking into account what you wrote about cleaning.

Ordentliches Boutique-Hotel in zentraler Lage
Kleines, nettes Boutique-Hotel mitten in der Stadt in Nähe der Sultanahmet und Haghia Sophia Moscheen. Gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und nahe einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Freundliches Personal und sauberes Ambiente. Unsere Tochter hat hier mit ihrer Freundin übernachtet. Wir wollten deshalb kein Hotel in dunklen Seitengassen haben. Das Hotel können wir deshalb ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Proche tramway, eminonu, le pont de galata, mais pas de restaurant ouvert la nuit,rien a faire a karakoy la nuit. La chambre mal isoler on entender tout ce qui ce passer dehors. Mais sinon je recomande cet hotel.

Price became higher when I arrived
They couldn't find my reservation and told me the price is higher now. Even though I showed them the price and booking number. Ended up staying only 2 days instead of 10. If you have a car I don't recommend this location since it's very hard to find parking.
