The hotel is extremely central, but on a pedestrianised street, so quieter than you might expect. The room did indeed have a good view of the Aya Sophia, and was reasonably large, clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of hot water. The room seemed well-insulated and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful, amenable, and well-organised. Breakfast was excellent, and we ate once in the dinery, which was absolutely fine. Definitely to be recommended!

Resultado da tradução The hotel has an excellent location, close to all the attractions in the center of Istanbul, but at the same time in a quiet and calm street, especially at night (the only noise that is unusual is the speaker from the Mosques 5x a day, which is quite loud, but this would be the same in any hotel). The room is spacious and very bright (we took a room facing the street). Now what really needs to be improved: the reception staff barely speak English, we had difficulty communicating (in fact in all of Turkey very few speak English or any other language besides Turkish, it's all based on mimicry, but we think that at least in the hotel They should at least speak English, but that's not the case) Bathing is complicated, because the water varies from cold to hot every minute, super unpleasant. The bed and bath linen are clean, but they look like bed and bath linen from a 3-star hotel... The hotel restaurant is super expensive, offering average and super spicy food, I wouldn't recommend it (1 hamburger, 1 fries and 2 soft drinks cost us €47). Would I stay there again? Probably yes because of the location, which in my opinion is unbeatable! The experience of going on a tour and being able to stop by the hotel all the time to use the bathroom, drop off or pick up something or take a break to rest between one tour and another was very good. The most important part is the staff at the front desk who arrange any ride needed for any activities, which is much easier and safer than riding Taxis that you cannot trust, especially the ones locally, you have to be careful with them Murat at the front desk was exceptional in arranging and helping us in every single activity, including the rides from and to the hotel back

Did not match expectations. Pictures make it all look better than it really was. View from bedroom window, of Hagia Sophia as shown on room details on hotels.com, our primary reason the book, simply did not match. Even from a higher floor its hard to see how they found that view without photoshop. We asked to move but no better room was available

The Vogue hotel is an antiquated outdated property with atrocious customer service. The property is located on a pedestrian street and the hotel does not make any accommodations to meet guests upon arrival, forcing guests to lug their suitcases down the cobblestone. Also made getting a taxi very difficult. Upon check in concierge couldn’t be bothered to provide recommendations or help inform of any tours/attractions. The room itself was outdated. The AC did not work at all. Asked the concierge to take a look and no one arrived. Front desk and restaurant staff were lackluster and not attentive to guests’ needs. To cap it all off, hotel staff was openly racist and physically aggressive when a close Turkish friend of our groups’ came in with us to visit one evening. Hotel staff barged into a guest room to physically remove our guest, then verbally and physically harassed us when we went down to reception to ask for an explanation. Security then stalked a lone females room after the event even tried to enter at one point. They also purposefully deactivated our key cards on multiple occasions even after the incident with the Turkish friend leaving two females locked out of their room in a foreign country. Eren, the hotel manager on duty was openly hostile, sexist, and racist during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

To begin, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful during check in. Whenever we would come back in, we were completely ignored and not greeted as any 5 star hotel staff would. The room itself was unclean; there were stains all over the rug. It was nearly 80F outside and there was no functioning AC so it was very difficult to fall asleep at night. For this reason, we wanted to open the windows to air out the room but there were no screens making it prone to insects and unsafe. Dining is very limited. Lastly, hotel staff threatened to call the police on us for having a non-hotel guest on premises, and physically removed guest while acting both violent and racist, as well as causing a scene that woke up other guests. A security guard then stood outside the room the entire night until we left the room to check out the following morning, when he immediately entered my room after us calling the elevator (we were not yet checked out, and room was still ours). No one helped us with our bags during checkout. Overall, a horrible experience and do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, excellent location that is only 2 minutes away Aya Sofia. This is the nice side of this amazingly rich area with historical sites. Facility is very clean and constantly cleaned and disinfected. Felt fairly safe despite the pandemic! Breakfast is excellent and still served buffet style with severs serving you. Staff are amazing specially Serilay and all the other attentive staff. This will be my go to in all my future trips to Istanbul.

Exceptional Hotel!
We booked 6 days with this hotel and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We really like the hotel design compared to other hotels. It is simple, modern and clean. Beds were really comfortable as well, even though we wished that they had gave us a bed that is a full queen / king size instead of joining two beds together. We really like the location. It is easily accessible to many restaurants and bars. It is also near blue mosque and Sophia Hagia. Hotel area feels safe as well. We did here some prayers at certain time but it was not bothering us. You may want to bring your own earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The service here is exceptional. I really like how they take this pandemic seriously. Our luggage bags were disinfected before we checked in. Hotel staffs were really friendly and professional. We were never disappointed during our 6 days stay in this hotel. Lastly, we were rather worried about leaving our items in the hotel initially because we read some reviews that certain things went missing in other hotels. But we really felt that this hotel is safe. We did not encounter any missing items. Before we left the hotel, I intentionally left 8 packets of cigarettes and the hotel staff actually returned to me thinking that I forgot about it. Really can't say more good things about this hotel! Wonderful Stay
I don't know where to start my compliments because everything was perfect the hotel is amazing and modern. the staff Ali,Behnam and the manager Imin and other staff were very very friendly and cooprative they did everything to make our stay confortable,the breakfast was amazing it has various thing delicious,the room was very clean and well arranged,the location is check point everything is close by I recommend everybody to come to Vogue Supreme. Pros: 1. Cannot be located better, what's what of Istanbul are really close. Bue mosque, hagia sophia, and topkapi palace within walking distance. Grand bazaar and spice bazaar withing 2 tram stops. Tram stop itself is just 5 min walk. Basilica Cistern is literally next to the hotel. 2. Very helpful staff, kudos to receptionist, Miss Kader for assisting us with transport and bosporus ferry. 3. Very clean as it has just been 2 months since the hotel started catering. Con(s): Breakfast to be improved, it is focused on European and not on local cuisine

The Vogue Hotel is new and in a great location. Marked up as a 5 Star I would suggest it is maybe 4.0 to 4.5 Star and rising. The room was very nice but try to get a room in the front of the building and not overlooking the rear. The view from the front is worthwhile. Breakfast was varied, healthy and of a very good standard. Staff were polite, friendly and professional; when something needed to be attended to it was done at the earliest opportunity. A wise decision by the hotel developer to position a hotel in this location. We walked over to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar etc etc. Also only about 15 minutes to walk to the ferry terminals which can take you wherever. We took the ferry to Uskadar for 5 lira each. The tram system is only 100 metres away also. Anyone choosing the Vogue Hotel is making a sound decision to enhance their visit to the Sultanhamet area of Istanbul. I would certainly stay again !!!

Exceptional!
Vogue was just absolutly amazing! The staff were attentive, breakfast was beautiful, service expectional, rooms so comfortable and the location was just on point! I was meant to stay for 2 days but extended for an extra 5 days! Definitly made my istanbul experience that extra bit more amazing. I would definitly be recommending and staying again on my next trip to turkey! Thank you vogue! Canan and family!!!

Il personale della reception è gentilissimo e molto professionale. L'Hotel si trova in posizione ottima per visitare a piedi i luoghi più importanti di Istanbul. La pulizia dell'Hotel è di buon livello. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la colazione per gli europei: i croissant devono essere di qualità, così pure i dolci, le torte, i salumi, le marmellate, il miele, ecc.ecc.. Purtroppo la qualità servita è stata un poco scadente. Per tutto il resto è consigliatissimo.
