Very friendly employees, answer all questions. Location is great, 2 minutes to public transport. Close to shopping street. Only thing is in our family suite, no windows in the bedroom, not fresh air enough We recommend it for family

Excellent!!

We stayed in the family room and were very satisfied with everything — from the warm welcome to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The kitchen was great, the rooms were spacious enough, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. Most importantly, it’s located in a quiet and safe street. Istiklal Avenue is just a 10-minute walk away. You can stay here with your family with peace of mind.

The hotel changed us to another hotel without notifying us stating that there is no room available at the hotel we booked upon our arrival only. We had to carry our luggage all the way to another hotel that is smaller. No explanation given.

Easy Access to Galataport!

Absolutely loved our stay. Our bellman Himan (forgive me if i spelled that wrong) was over the top amazing and i wish we had been able to tip him in cash but we forgot our debit card. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful and we felt really cared for. Theres a supermarket righr across the street A101 that has pretty much everything one might need. Easy acess to Galataport where we were embarking for a cruise. Tons to see and do in the area and we just didnt have enough time, we will have to be back! My only critique was that the floors could have been cleaned better. Since i have little ones i was consistantly wiping up after them and noticed the floors were not washed well, they were surface level clean but a simple wet rag on the floor would show it was unfortunately dirty. A think an easy solution would be mopping or even something like a swiffer to get some of that off the floor. The room we booked was supposed to be a king size bed, it was definitely a double/full bed. Otherwise everything else in the room was great.

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately not the best, especially at the start. From the airport pickup, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming — everything felt rushed and a bit unaccommodating, which set a strange tone. When we arrived to check in, the front desk attendant (not sure of his name) spoke to us in a very rude and condescending manner. There had been a small booking issue — we had originally booked for one person, but I had messaged ahead to confirm it would be two guests and assumed it was updated. When we arrived, we were told it hadn’t been changed, but instead of helping us kindly, the way it was handled felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. It honestly gave us a poor first impression of the property. That said, everyone else we encountered afterward was polite and helpful, and the rest of our stay in Turkey has been wonderful. I just hope management takes note, as first impressions really do matter — especially for guests traveling from abroad.

Poor nights sleep

The hotel was new and unfortunately they had decided not to install any type of covers to cover the roof windows. So at 5 AM the light came and woke people up……. If you like to sleep in a dark room, please do check if it’s been changed.

Good, but

Location is good, but - there is no breakfast in the hotel even we had the hotel with the breakfast. It is served in the same hotel chain just 5 min walk away. - They don't have pillow options. The one that they had was high and strong. Couldn't sleep well. - There is no fresh air in the room. once the window is opened, the fly gets in the room and they don't let you sleep as well. - The room wasn't cleaned well either. The only thing about the hotel was - location - friendleness of the stuff.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Weingart Suites Hôtel. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur geräumig, sondern auch äußerst bequem eingerichtet – perfekt für eine erholsame Nacht. Wer eine stilvolle und ruhige Unterkunft mit exzellentem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Uns wurden sogar an Ramadan zu Sahur Essen vorbereitet. Danke nochmal dafür! Ich komme gerne wieder!

El hotel está súper limpio y amplio . Tiene todo lo necesario está cerquita de restaurante. A 10 minutos del Galata tower. Si quieren zona de restaurantes y bares busquen el área de novatel hotel que está a 5 minutos del hotel. Una zona muy bonita y segura, y 10 minutos del Galata port. Lo que les recomiendo al hotel es que pongan un aire portátil ya que el cuarto no tenía aire y tenían que dormir con la puerta abierta. Pero si el aire era fuerte para cubrir el apartamento completo. El servicio muy bueno, lo recomiendo

깨끗 가격대비 괜찮아요

깨끗하고 주변 관광하기 좋아요. 트램역과 가까워요. 주변 소음은 거의 없으나 다른방에서 씻으면 물소리가 들려요. 와이파이가 묵었던 튀르키예 숙소 중 가장 빨랐어요. 친절합니다~
