Booked on the same day. Price was reasonable. Fridge wasn’t working Staff member on reception was super friendly Overall good experience Will definitely recommend.

The thing is that they didint lat us in to the hotel because we were man and woman So we were left outside

Great stay
Loved the spacious room and the location of the hotel. The wifi was strong and the staff were very friendly and spoke in English.

close to local shops and metro. we used it for havaist to istanbul airport. they offered free turkish tea at the lobby. room is a little small but ok for a night.

Yerleşimi çok iyiydi. Metroya markete yürüme mesafesi 10 dk falan oluyor. 5 dk-lık yürüme mesafesinden havalimanına giden Havaist otobüsleri geçiyor bunun için de taksi parası vermeye gerek kalmıyor. Otelin temizliği odaların rahatlığı iyi. Kalınabilir bence

This is a little trashy hotel with some receptions boys with primitive manners, zero welcoming skills, and very limited English. A foreign visitor feels very unwelcome and I think most people book it because it's close to the metro and on the cheaper side. Upon check-in it was just like "fill out this form" with a serious unwelcoming look, upon check out-no "goodbye" or anything of that sort. One time when I got back in the hotel-I'm not supposed to remember my room number and the guy said "do you know if it was on the 1st or 2nd floor?" Dude, it's you job to find my room number in the hotel system, how hard is that?! The walls are very thin so the rooms are noisy, you can hear everyone around you. I am glad that due to the Corona they've suspended breakfast as their cleanliness isn't good, and the rooms are run down.

Convenient location and some of the staff members were kind and spoke good Englush while others had limited English. But the room walls were thin so you can hear your neighbours talk, upon entering my room I found that the toilet was dirty so I had to ask for it to be cleaned; breakfast wasn't up to the standards- mostly cereal, cheese, tomatoes/cucumbers, only 1 cheap kind of ham, no eggs or roast potatoes. The french fries were old and dry and the 2 types of juice were so sweet that I couldn't drink any of them. There was no Turkish burek but just some deep fried filo dough fingers that looked overfried

A very enjoy stay at White Palace Hotel....great staff, location and breakfast. Located in a very good location with lots of shopping and dining options. It is located 5 minutes walk from the harvista bus #4! Stay during a layover.

The treatment was good by the hotel staff but there was inconvenience coming from the other rooms and from the hotel corridors, the breakfast was good but the same dishes are served daily.

Good place to stay.
The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and breakfast was more than expected. The room was a bit small, but still good value, I’m quite satisfied overall.

Good Convenient Airport Hotel
Just stayed for one night here between flights. Very convenient for Ataturk Airport. Just 3 stops on the metro and a 5 minute walk. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

lack of cleanliness, close to the airport Ataturk
I stayed only one night. Location of the hotel is on metro line M1A- station Atakoy. Only 3 station to Airport. I saw stain on the bed sheets so mine perception for cleanliness was change immediately. Staff was nice and helpful.

I don't know where to start from. The cub driver had really hard time trying to get to hotel because there is no straight streets to take. Bloody sheets, moldy bedroom, no one speaks any other languages beside turkish, smokey rooms, mosquitoes in the room, uncomfortable bed, tv not working, I didn't try the breakfast had to leave early to the airport
