Search Bed and Breakfast in Italian Lakes

"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others. The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. "

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

"This hotel was beautiful! It was in a great location and had an incredible view. Our original room was in a bit of a noisy location and we were happy with it - the hotel staff quickly assigned us a new room! They were SO quick about it. The hotel breakfast was amazing as well, a large selection of delicious food everyday! We will stay here again when we return to Lake Como."
