Faço uma crítica quanto a “proatividade” em retirar talheres e louças das mesas durante o café, mesmo enquanto sentados à mesa, e falta de proatividade na reposição de itens básicos. A “proatividade” referida, mais parecia pressa, mesmo na primeira hora do café. Você virava as costas e sua xícara e prato (ainda em fase de consumo) sumiam da mesa. Sugiro melhorar o profissionalismo neste aspecto. Demais, alimentos dentro de um bom padrão.

o hotel é maravilhoso! O quarto é ótimo, com uma vista linda, tudo movinho e muito limpo. A área das piscinas dispensa comentários. Linda e super confortável. A vista do local onde tomamos café da mamhã é perfeita. O MAIS IMPORTANTE: HOTEL COM ACESSIBILIDADE. Sou PCD visual e amei utilizar o elevador para acesso à área da praia.

Uma Ferrari guiada por um tratorista. Um hotel com um potencial enorme, que cria expectativas bem altas, mas de acordo com a categoria a que se apresenta, porém não oferece se quer o básico em qualidade de serviços e estrutura. Café da manhã regular. Não tem climatização nas áreas comuns. Quartos mal planejados, com o sol entrando pela lateral das cortinas bem nos olhos de quem está dormindo. Equipe muito amadora sem experiência, mal conduzida. A entrada parece a entrada de serviço do restaurante. E o acesso para praia parece o depósito. As festas externas provocaram alguns constragimentos aos hóspedes.

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto que ficamos era excelente. O que deixou a desejar foi a questão do estacionamento que é pago e não fomos informados. Os elevadores são pouco práticos, demorando muitas vezes para chegar de onde vc está acionando. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi que no quarto não havia copos para bebidas, quando solicitei, me cobraram para levar até o quarto.
