Propaganda enganosa! Cheguei no hotel e o funcionário informou que não tinha parceria com o hoteis.com. Tive que procurar outro hotel depois de uma viagem super cansativa e ainda tive que pagar 4 vezes o valor!

Péssima experiência

Uma bagunça!!! Tive a reserva confirmada por e-mail, liguei, fiz a confirmação por telefone e quando chegamos para nos hospedar, a dona Kelly, dona da pousada, disse (Por telefone) não haver nenhuma reserva, msm estando com e-mail, número da confirmação e tendo ligado 3 dias antes e sendo confirmado. Ao entrar em contato com o site de reservas e tendo a confirmação da minha reserva, com número de confirmação, falei novamente com ela e ela disse não haver quartos disponíveis e que eu deveria ligar para o hotéis.com que eles dariam um jeito, ou seja, ela faz o que quer e não tem nenhum respeito com os hospedes. Inclusive, haviam vários hóspedes reclamando, sobre não ter toalhas e sobre as condições dos quartos. Os funcionários têm boa vontade, mas estão perdidos e sobrecarregados diante da péssima gestão administrativa. Costumo viajar com minha família e nunca passamos por isso. Ficamos das 15:30h às 19:00h no estacionamento da pousada, na chuva, negociando com hotéis.com para nos relocar. Acabamos indo para um hotel a 8 km da cidade, exautos, mas graças a Deus não tivemos nenhum problema por lá.
