連住3晚的日式榻榻米房間，每天的日式早餐非常豐富，而宜款式天天不同。有鮑魚或者有自己煎的魚。早餐是一個賣點。 沒有要求的話，員工不會入房清潔，但清潔的毛巾會每天掛在門柄。我個人喜歡這種安排。

また来たいです。

とてもキレイで清潔なお宿でした。 フロントの方々も丁寧で、客室はもちろん至るところが気持ちよく使いやすく配慮されていました。 夕食朝食付きにしましたが、どちらも質も量も申し分ないです。金目鯛の煮付け最高でした！ 贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 帰り部屋を出た時に他の部屋を清掃されてる女性スタッフがいらっしゃいました。とても丁寧にご挨拶していただき、気持ちよく帰る事ができまた来ようと思いました。次回はお風呂を満喫したいです。

10年以上、ほぼ毎年2家族で海水浴旅行に利用しています。 何回か伊東の違うホテルを利用した事もあったのですが、 雨が降っても温水プールと温泉で 間がもつので 結局は小涌園がいいよねーと今年も利用させていただきました。 施設は古く、綺麗とは言えませんが 隣にはマックスバリューがあり、海の家の送迎もあるので、とても便利です。

送迎も迅速、親切!

公共の交通機関を使いましたが、直前に連絡をメールで入れ、最寄りの駅まですぐにお迎えに来てくださりました。とても助かりました。 食事もとても美味しく、量も十分でした。家族でゆっくりと過ごすことができました。

チェックイン時フロント対応が中国系の女性が対応したのですが、２食付きで予約しているのに朝食の説明だけしたので、問いただしたら横にいた男性従業員がフォローしてくれたのですが、その女性従業員からは「申し訳ございませんでした」の一言がなかった。 最近はよく外国従業員を見かけることがあるので、それ自体は気にならないのですが、肝心なところで使わなければばらない言葉が出てこないのは、難しいことなのですね。 それから、食事会場で従業員が次の料理を出すタイミングを見計らっているのか、客からの応対のためかうろうろと歩き回っているのが、目について少々不愉快でした。

昔ながらの旅館という感じです。 家庭の諸事情があって、この時期に泊まりました。 入口に検温や消毒もありました。 畳の和室で、4人部屋に2人で泊まったのでゆったり過ごせました。窓からの景色は期待しないでください。 浴衣が選べるのが女性は嬉しいかもしれません。パックももらえました。大浴場も岩の露天風呂が小さいけれど趣があって気に入りました。飲める温泉水もお風呂の外にあります。 部屋のお風呂は利用しませんでしたが、部屋風呂も温泉水の様です。

飲泉

全く情報を持たず予約して宿に着いてビックリ。なんと希少価値の飲泉の宿でした。 温泉も肌がスベスベになり湯の温度も温めで長湯が出来ました。 料理も肉厚の金目鯛の煮付が付いて満足のいける宿でした。 機会があれば是非再度宿泊したいです。
