Areas for improvements: lobby was too hot and no ventilation, washroom was leaking when taking shower, TV reception was blurry, no soap dish in sink. Weather is too humid this summer, I suggest if possible guests access for water dispencer and ice cubes at the lobby."

"A lovely stay at Balai Princesa. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, she recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant with exceptional sunset views (Badjao). She also sorted us with bike hire from Ezrah’s. Our room was clean, breakfast was good. The property was in a great location for exploring Puerto Princesa. "

"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating. "

The staff here are so welcoming and kind, we got a room massage (they offer massages in ur room for cheap) & said they could order our food as we get a massage as we arrived late and had a long travel day. "My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them."
