"Stayed for 1 night and everything was nice. Expected to arrive late due to flight delay and they still served us dinner. A staff picked us up at the train station though it’s only a few minutes walk. The dinner and breakfast are the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The property is spacious and clean. All staff are nice and friendly. Would love to stay there again in the future."

"テレビとパジャマ、アメニティ(メイク落としと洗顔、化粧水など)無く、入浴はシャワーです。湯船につかりたい人は¥700を持って車で2分のホテルアマービレでお風呂だけ入りに行ってください。ちなみにアマービレホテルのお風呂も広くは無いので時間帯により混雑してます。その点をわかった上でゲートウェイに宿泊したので、パジャマとアメニティを準備して泊まったので何も不満もなく、お風呂はゲートウェイ備え付けのタオルを持ってアマービレに行きました。ゲートウェイは建物の4階にあり、部屋での飲食行為は禁止で、飲食は共有リビングです。私たちの行った時間帯はリビングに誰もおらず、フリーのコーヒーをいただいたり、持ってきた保冷剤を凍らしたり、お茶を冷やすのに冷蔵庫を使わせてもらったりしました。2人部屋を借りたのですが、隠れ家みたいで子どもに評判良かったです。寝るだけに利用するので部屋に何も不満はありませんでした。部屋も清潔でした。洗面所やトイレシャワーに関しては共有なので、使われる人が綺麗に使うなどしてくれるといいと思いますが、オーナーも割とウロウロしてて見回りしてくれるているのか、この点でも良いと思いました。"

"Saika-an is about 10 minutes walk from Nishi-Maizuru station, the staff here is very friendly, they are very patient to explain everything you ask. The room is fantastic, it's a Japanese tatami style so I love it, they also give you free public bath voucher where you can use it at nearby public bath. The place is about 10-15 minutes walk from the fish market and 3-5 minutes walk to the shopping street. "This is a rather old hotel and we had to lay our futon every night. There’s no private shower so we had to take our showers in the public bath area. The staff couldn’t not speak English but the Manager gave us excellent service. He was kind and helpful. He also drove us to the pier to catch the boat to amanohashidate station. "

"We booked a non smoking room but it found it to have a stale odour. They changed us to another room which wasn’t as bad but still had the odour. Room itself was very good with the traditional rock hard pillow but when you ask for non smoking you expect to get it. "
