We loved the pool area. This is the reason we stay here! We stayed in building 1 this time. It's a little dated. But the beds and pillows were comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The shampoo was out, but I had my own. This time we took the free shuttle to the Excalibur and walked around and got some lunch on the strip. It was very convenient. All the staff was friendly and all the other guests as well. We had a great stay, we will stay longer next time!

Perfect for a family! Comfortable bed and spacious room. Very convenient since it’s connected to Cosmo hotel! Kids enjoyed the pool, but it closes at 6 pm. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, staff was very responsive and helpful. Service was excellent and Pablo was very helpful with directions in terms of fun, architecture, places to see and food. Will definitely be going back on our next visit to Bilbao.
