"This hotel experience was absolutely horrible. We had driven hours from Istanbul and arrived late at 3am, exhausted and ready for bed. We booked a non-smoking room. We got up to the room and the stench gave us instant headaches and a cough. It was as if 5 people were smoking in the room at once. "Well now, not what I expected from the usual Hilton brand. An old hotel building, needs refurbished badly both inside and out. The rooms ventilation/air conditioning didn’t work, but after my front desk experience with a filthy, dirty remote control I just sucked it up and mentioned it upon leaving, With Covid-19 I would have expected the room to be super clean, but the remote control was filthy beyond description, and I would have expected better as a big factor of Covid is transmission by...
