"This hotel experience was absolutely horrible. We had driven hours from Istanbul and arrived late at 3am, exhausted and ready for bed. We booked a non-smoking room. We got up to the room and the stench gave us instant headaches and a cough. It was as if 5 people were smoking in the room at once. There were ashtrays in the room and the window was wide open and it still smelled that bad. We called down and the front desk guy kept saying he didn’t understand us because we spoke English. "Not great start . problems with 1st and 2nd rooms but staff was really helpful and by my 3rd room move it was really nice. location is very peacefull . buffet dinner is a bit expensive snack bar was lovely good choices and breakfast was great "
